Amazing service. I git a quote from them a year ago but we weren't able to do it at that time. However, I was so impressed that they were the only ones I called when the time came. Fast, professionall, and friendly. I would highly recommend giving them your business.

Our system is 38 yrs old and Gater Air has been caring for our system for the last 22yrs. They are always on time, professional and knowledgeable about every situation that arises. Gary and Jacob have amazing customer service. Our last visit Tyler and Pedro went above and beyond to get our unit up and running in record time. They are a 5 star plus company. You can’t go wrong with this company.

For 5 days straight I have been dealing with the Florida heat.At 96° in my house,I was at my wits end!I had called another business(They had installed the unit 2 yrs ago) to come out to repair whatever was going on with my 2 year old unit.Unfortunatly,I was scammed and the issue was not repaired.I was told it was my duct work and it would be 6,000.00!!!
I called Ga-Ter Air and Tyler was there the next day at 7am!!He was amazing , respectful and so knowledgeable! He checked my duct work and said it's fine,the problem was the evaporator coils were clogged up and needed a simple cleaning which is why it was freezing up!Why the company before did not catch this and installed a new motor and modulator that was not needed and cost me so much money,I have no idea!! He quickly cleaned the unit,checked all the things he needed to check and now my air conditioner is blowing nice cold air and harder than it was before!GaT-er Air and Tyler,You guys are angels in disguise and have literally saved my life!! Heat stress is a real thing and I had given up hope!Thank you so much for being honest,hardworking and knowing your business!I will continue to use you guys forever!!Don't sleep on this business!If you want honest,hardworking,fast,effecient,reliable, knowledgeable people to fix your unit,CALL THEM TODAY!YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!

Gater Air is the best company to take care of all my air conditioning needs. There have been many times over the years that my A/C had issues that I felt were extremely urgent. Gary and his staff were extremely knowledgeable, fair and punctual. I would highly recommend this company to all who are in need of A/C services.

The folks at Ga-Ter are friendly and very responsive to me and my concerns.

I have called Ga-Ter Air a number of times over the years for maintenance .They had installed the hvac system in the house when it was built, 10 years before I bought it. They have always been prompt and fair, a few times not charging me when the issue was not the system, but the user, me;). The heating module on the a/c failed and could not be replaced or repaired, Gary and Jake presented me with alternatives and completely explained the pro's and con's of each. I made a decision last week and had a new a/c completely and professionally installed a day later. His crew was large enough to accomplish removing to old compressor and air handler and then installing the new system in less than 4 hours including clean up! They even added a new attic duct and vent in that time. I highly recommend Ga-Ter and could not be happier with their service and professionalism!

A++++ Have used them for installs and service for nearly 20 years. They re-ducted the upstairs (including adding returns in each bedroom) which was a big problem area in our current house to improve airflow and made a noticeable difference. Knowledgeable, witty and great people to work with.
