At our work our AC went down, leaking water and was not keeping cool. Jessie called Legacy and we were able to get on the schedule the very next morning. Response time was amazing. The service technician Josh was very informative when he came out.

A/C technician Josh completed maintenance on my A/C. He arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He is very knowledgeable and was able to identify the issue right away. He took the time to answer all of my questions and offered suggestions. I highly recommend Legacy Air Conditioning. Great service !

One of my AC units went down, and the part needed wasn't available locally. Jon at the office was relentless in making calls from several suppliers, even some out of state, and through those efforts was able to get the replacement part getting us back up and running. Called for an appointment at 10:10 Am this morning. Josh worked me into his busy day and arrived at 1:15 after calling me to say he would be here within a half an hour, and he was. He is so courteous and knowledgeable. Explained everything to me. He repaired the A/C and installed a thermostat in 45 minutes. I will always use and recommend this company to everyone.
