Legacy Air is positively THE BEST! I am so grateful that I found them through all the positive reviews. Jonathan is such a knowledgeable, professional, and kind person. He takes the time to explain what is wrong and why and he knows older units and understands if you can't get a new unit right now and does everything in his power to fix the old unit, even in the pouring rain! Casey and his crew quickly and efficiently repaired and replaced ducts under my home, they were awesome. The first time Casey came to inspect he took pictures so I could see the mess it was under there. When Jonathan came again after it quit cooling again, he did work in the rain, but found a part way back in the motor that wasn't working and he had a replacement part and fixed it right then, gave me a terrific price and now it's working great! I had said when he came in I had been hoping not to see him again so soon but in truth, I was never so glad to see anyone show up at my door! Great company, great people working there, Brianna, who answers the phone, is so nice and professional. I felt like I was dealing with family. This is a great company and I will never use another ac company. You will be treated with respect and professionalism. They also show up when they say, and even earlier, which they have the courtesy to let you know if they are coming early. You can't go wrong using this service.

Showed up early Josh was the tech super nice and efficient diagnosed the problem in a matter minutes. Made repairs and checked the system over. Spent a little while cooling my compressor fan off to make sure the amp draw dropped before he finished up. I am a new customer going forward.

Josh did a great job! He got to us quickly on a last minute call and diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes! He was professional and worked diligently to fix our unit in the heat. So thankful!!!

Josh did an excellent job fixing our a/c. The condensate pipe was blocked with two pieces of sheathed wire that got down the pipe during construction. Josh blew out the pipe so it would stop clogging. Josh was personable, professional and thorough. I would recommend.

Our technician, Josh C., arrived on time and was every polite and professional. He diagnosed our issue and also did a quick courtesy check of the system. Legacy will be our AC service company going forward as a result of this experience.

First time doing business with this company and what a nice gentleman they sent! He discovered not so good things in our filter (3 dogs continual hair)! But took care of business AND showed me the filter to buy next time as it was an odd size. Drain line full too, so quite happy I called them. Super nice and very helpful!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Incredible service. I called this company at 3:30pm today and they were able to have someone here between 5:30pm and 6:00pm same day. Johnathan arrived at 6pm and was very polite and professional. He was very informative and experienced. My issue was a simple fix so he ran some maintenance on my unit.. Again, this company was fast, reliable, provided me with quality work and gave me helpful information. I will be using Legacy for all my future AC needs and I highly recommend them. I am very happy with this company. I came home from a trip to an old dead ac unit in the 90 degree weather. I first tried another company in town but they could not get to it until at least a week and they quoted me a price (which i learned later was 2,000 more than Legacy charged me). I then came across a google review for legacy and gave them a call. The owner came over that day and arranged install the very next day. He was a very nice personable man and again gave me such a great price compared to the other company in the area, and from what I hear also better priced then the other ones in the area too. So beyond the great service you will get the best market price as well. The team that came over the next day to install were very friendly, extremely hard working, and skilled. They cruised through the job in the 90+ degree heat. They were very courteous as well. If you have any needs that this company offers, I 100% recommend giving them a try. I know they will be my permanent go to now.

Very quick to respond. Able to come out same day. Our tech’s name was Tosh and he was friendly, professional, and had the job done within minutes. I will absolutely call this company again.
