I had them install a new system a year ago. I had a problem that came up and needed service and was 1 day out of warranty when the tech came out. He didn't charge me for the visit and left telling my wife that everything was working great. When I got home from work the temp in my home had gone up to 80 degrees. I called and spoke to a man who said he would call the next morning to reschedule a tech....2 weeks later and over 30 calls to the company and no response. They had no problem taking my money in the beginning but had no care in the world for us customers when the chips were down.

Thank you for being upfront and honest! Super nice guy too. Quick fix for my AC issue, not told I needed more things done than necessary. I read reviews to determine who to select and this company has great reviews for a reason. Wanted to reccomend them myself. Thanks again!

In 2018 I had a goos experience with a tea that installed a thermostat for me, So I waited until Johnathan the owner was able to come out to see why I was not getting air in the house. He charged me 204.99. 79.99 for the service call and 125.00 for a capacitor that he says was bad. Before he left, hardly any air was coming out of the vents and the unit outside was extremely loud. I Told him about the noise, and he totally ignored me. It was terrible my neighbor mentioned it and I had to turn it off. I called and spoke with Kim, and after consulting with him she was advised to tell me there must be another part thats bad and gave 2 price, depending on what it is. That was his response, instead of saying he will come and check it.I called several times, Kim advised he would come out, then he would call. I waited for days from 4/15 and no response, and had no A/C. Finally on Easter Sunday I called a company and they came same day and of course had to pay all over again. First finding was the capacitor was installed incorrectly, the wires he connected to the capacitor was attached incorrectly. The minute the wires were switched, it came on, and quiet like it was supposed to. Another issue they found was the white plug on the unit inside was pulled out, Jonathan did not catch that, and one damper was not working. I feel I should be refunded the entire 204.99 because he did not do the job he was paid for which was to diagnose the problem and fix it. He should be ashamed of himself and in my opinion lock up shop and find another career. His incompetence is disgraceful.

Jonathan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in explaining exactly what was goin on with the unit. He did and great job, and in a timely manner. I will definitely be using Legacy Air for all my future AC needs.

Install was put off several days after scheduling. Tuesday became Friday . Crew showed up at 1230 pm . Said that they would complete same day. They removed old system and then what do you know... they had no new system to install!. They Said they were waiting for it to be delivered. . It showed up finally after 330 pm. They did finish, but not until 2 a.m.
. FINAL INSPECTION FAILED FOR SEVERAL ITEMS. They did come a week later to repair. But now it's been a month and I'm still waiting on another inspection. Ive called every day this week and every time i call they assure me someone will call me back within 24 hours... 6 days and 6 calls to them snd still no call back. I went to change ac filter to find that the PVC drain line is installed in front of tbe filter, so now another issue. I can't change tbetac filter on my brand new system. This can't be good for tbe longevity of my system.... I suggest , go with a more reliable co. Poor customer service. Poor communication, and now im questioning the quality of my installation...
$6000 AND a whole lot of aggravation ! I have had this system now two months and still haven't passed a final inspection.

Our heat went out on a Sunday night. Legacy Air Conditioning came out within an hour and had us up and running within 20 minutes of arriving at our home. I would definitely recommend them. Fast and reasonably priced.
