    I have been using Comfort Service for both maintenance and repairs on five separate units at my home for a number of years. The office response to requests is friendly, efficient and professional. The technicians demonstrate remarkable troubleshooting and repair expertise as well as being punctual and friendly. The fees are reasonable and I never worry about being charged for unnecessary repairs or parts. Comfort Service provides the best customer and technical service I have received among a number of other HVAC service providers in the Deland area.

    Shout out to Alex, Zach, and another colleague of theirs ( I'll update with his name soon). The AC died on Sunday. And they were here Monday early afternoon. Courteous, professional, got here as soon as they could. Turns out the compressor was burnt up. So, they provided me with a portable AC unit which I am very grateful for. I rent, so the kudos also goes to my landlady who called Comfort Services. She was very quick to resolve this issue and I'm really glad that she has a contract with Comfort Services. Unfortunately it looks like the AC will have to be replaced. Nothing lasts forever... Comfort Services employees are respectful, kind, thoughtful, and skilled at their jobs They do their best to leave even the end customer ( me) in decent shape. I appreciate not having to go to an Airbnb for the week. I can sleep in my own home. Very much appreciated. Highly recommended.

    Good luck getting them to respond. I have been trying to arrange them to come out and give me a quote to replace my home A/C for several months now. I have called and left messages, emailed, and sent messages through their website multiple times with zero response. I am literally trying to hand them thousands of dollars and they don't really care. It would be one thing if they respond and cant schedule before a couple of weeks out but radio silence is not the answer. I guess they don't need the money that badly. Save your time and shop elsewhere. There are a number of other local businesses that are ready and able.

    Update: While it is unfortunate it took a bad Google review to get them respond I completely understand the reason for not taking additional customers and it makes sense. I am completely fine with this explanation. I do however reiterate the reason for my review which is as it was stated NO CONTACT WHATSOEVER from anyone named Garrett or otherwise. I have no email, phone calls, voicemails, or text messages. Garrett is lying to you. I will not be altering my review for this reason.

    I have had the comfort plan for years and it is a great plan to have. Everyone that I have interacted with have always been very nice. I would definitely recommend them
