This company was very responsive and professional. They worked on my house the very next day of processing the order and got on time. The team of Philip, Larry and John were very professional and so attentive to the details of the installation. They were very considerate of the area they were working on. I recommend this company anytime.

I have used Jacob Heating and Air for many years. When it was time to replace my AC unit and duct work Alex who was very nice and professional came out to provide me with a quote. JD and Pablo did a great job with the installation. They explained all the work before and went over the system after. They were professional, courteous, and respectful and did a great job of keeping me informed with all the steps along the way. Their office staff is great and patient with my many questions. ***** (5 stars) for Alex the sales man. He is so professional, thorough, and kind. He gave us an exceptional quote for a new AC unit with realistic options. Their prices, justifications, and replacement requirements were all fair and high quality. He noticed things we needed (i.e., different tonnage, ductwork sizing and improvements) that other companies didn't even notice when getting quotes. We had a breaking 19 year-old unit that would need replacement in days. After he quoted us, the unit did break down two more times. He was able to get a window unit to us ASAP and help us out. He also got us our new unit within days so we were up and running. We were so impressed.

***** (5 stars) for John and Keegan who installed our new unit. These guys are professional, thorough, and efficient. I felt so bad they were sweltering in this July heat. They NEVER complained, came prepared and worked hard. They were the sweetest and we enjoyed them here. I was really impressed with their ability to work together as a team.

We have only been with Jacobs for a week and change, we switched from our former company we had been with for over 20+ years. So this review is based on these recent interactions. Only time will tell on quality of service and I hope it stays this amazing!

Out with the old AC and in with the new! I just had a new central AC installed by Jacob HAC. I'm sitting here in my cool/comfortable house as I write the review. The installers; John, Keegan and JD were skilled, knowledgeable, neat and worked quickly. They removed the old air handler from the attic and all the old ductwork, condensation pipes, electrical, the old compressor and the old uneven tilted cement pad from outdoors and took it away. They installed the new system in one day. They added one more return so the house would cool more efficiently. They needed a second day for the complete installation, but were able to attached new ductwork to 2 rooms so I could be comfortable that first night. The new compressor is installed on a hurricane rated cement pad with tie downs. The condensation pipe and electrical lines are concealed in a clean white covering that is sealed with foam. The crew returned the next day and completed the ductwork and added all new grills and filters in the returns. The crew used a dropcloth under the attic access and cleaned up debris as they went. I received the manuals and paperwork for the new equipment. I signed up for the annual maintenance plan to keep this excellent new AC in tip top condition. Thank you to Alex in sales for coming out to quote and getting the install scheduled. I recommend Jacob HAC, they earned their 5 stars.

After getting several quotes, I settled on Jacob's not because they were the cheapest, but because they were the best. From getting the estimate, to installation, they were top shelf. On installation day, Larry and Philip were the ultimate professionals. The installation of my new AC unit and 30-year-old furnace was tricky because of my home's age, but they got it done quickly, expertly and left a clean plate as far as my house goes! My 17-year-old AC unit was still functioning well and might have lasted another couple of years. But what price peace of mind in the middle of a hot August? Priceless. Just had Areli here to fix my AC. Just needed a new capacitor. Called for the service this morning and had it fixed before 4. Price was very reasonable. Can't ask for any better response and service.
