I called Jacob after a competitor came out and automatically pushed me towards a new whole system even though my a/c is only 6 years old. Anyway, I spoke to Ken on the phone and he quizzed me of possible issues and ultimately determined he had the required parts and came out. Once Ken arrived things went quick. He verified what my a/c problem was and went to work. I think it took him all of an hour to pull the bad part and install the new part. He was informative and reassuring. Even though my repair was not cheap I felt confident I was getting the correct service. I would recommend Jacob Air.

Great company to do business with. My a/c failed after normal business hours . Ken showed up and quickly diagnosed the problem. The following morning Misty and Debbie contacted me and Sent out Alex to give me a quote. About an hour later John and Keenan showed up and installed a new outside unit. Everyone I dealt with was professional and communicated every step to fix my problem, I would not hesitate to recommend this company for their services.

The job was very professional from the sale rep, who not only checked the system he went in the attic and credit the ductwork. No other company checked to see the condition of my ac ductwork. The two me who did the installation were professional of the highest level. Both work independently and completed the job in the time estimated. When finished everything nice and clean and neat. A 1st class from start to finish. I hope you can keep these people they represent your company well!

The service technicians John,JD,Philip,and Keegan were professional in every way. On time, personable, task oriented, well mannered, and displayed an attitude that led you to believe that they enjoyed their job and wanted to do the best job they could. After the installation, they took the time to make sure I understood the new Wi-Fi thermostat and guided me through setting it up on my phone. This experience was a totally clas act

Scheduling maintenance and repair was easy and timely. John and Keegan spent the better part of a day repairing shoddy work done by original installer, and installing a proper filter and replacing duct work and vents. They were efficient, tidy, polite and thorough. I will definitely stick with Jacob H&AC.

Our 14 year old A/C unit was on its last legs and it was to the point of replacing. We contacted three HVAC companies and requested pricing, availability, etc. One company sent a service tech and he gave us a hand written quote in about 10 minutes, Company #2, did not respond. We called 3 times requesting a quote and nothing ever happened. We called Jacob and we received a call from their sales person, Alex within minutes. We made an appointment and Alex showed up right on time. He took measurements, made notes, explained all the options available to us through his company, and later that day produced a complete quote. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and has good business practices. He followed up with us and as I said, was professional in every way.

We made the purchase and Alex spelled out exactly what and when everything was going to happen. On the Friday before our Monday install, we got a reminder call. The install crew of Philip and Larry showed up Monday morning right on time and got right to work. They too were professional in every way. No complaining, no attitude, just friendly, considerate, hard working, trade professionals. The install went off without a hitch, Philip and Larry cleaned up the debris, and now I am enjoying a nice cool house.

Bottom Line. Great company, great products, great service. They treat you like you expect to be treated and they do outstanding work. You are wasting your time if you look somewhere else.

Phillip, Larry and J.D. were awesome but i'm not sure what John and Keegan did! (Just kidding) they all did a great job, I hardly noticed that they were here. I highly recommend this company.
