Called in to get some general information and even though I didn’t go through with scheduling anything Aubrey was very professional and helpful. Could definitely hear the smile through the phone, great customer service.

Great and rapid service. Very professional and knowledgeable diagnosing and repairing the start up capacitor. Checked and found our unit was still under warranty to save the cost of the part. Isolated a leak near the air handler and resoldered the pipe. Jacob is our new go to AC service company.

Scheduling was also excellent with a phone call when the tech was enroute. Friendly and personal service.

The service techs that came today were: John, Jon, Larry and J.D. In all the repairs, of any kind, both here and in Indiana, that we have ever had—— These techs were absolutely the most courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, neat, pleasant, and organized that we have ever experienced! We are in our middle 80’s, and Jacobs Heating and Air have techs and service, that is second to none! We were extremely pleased!

I'm beyond impressed with the work that Jacob Heating and Air Conditioning did replacing my ductwork. Alex came to my house and identified where several improvements in design could be made. He designed a system that is very well balanced and absolutely noiseless. The installation techs who came out to install the new system, John, Keagan and J.D. were top notch craftsmen. Here is the key difference with Jacob H&A versus run of the mill HVAC companies -- Jacob's is a sheet metal outfit first and foremost, so they are able to create custom crafted sheet metal components and they use superior quality materials combined with careful load calculations specific to each room of the house. It makes a huge difference. My prior system had prefab components that were 'shoehorned' into a basic load calc. The system that Jacob's designed and installed is vastly superior, and met it's first test during this cold snap Christmas Eve of 2022. Every inch of my home has an even temperature.... rooms that used to be cold and drafty feeling are now warm and cozy and rooms that used to run too warm are now comfortable....

We just recently had to replace a 4 Ton A/C unit. Duct work had to be replaced as well. We chose to us Jacob Air because we had a situation almost 2 years ago and Jim(Service Mgr.) handled our problem. It gave us more time to prep for the new unit. So I just want to say, that everyone on the team. From JJ an John ( the techs) to All the office staff. Aubrey, Misty, Penny and Debbie. They did an amazing an very professional job from the from the day I called an the unit wouldn't start to. The install was smooth, they had to replace duct work under the hose as well. Robert, the owner an everyone exceeded our expectations for a smooth transition in a timely fashion. From first service call all the way to total replacement. I would recommend them to anyone who asks..

Kenny Arrington was my tech. I got on the maintenance plan. I have 3 golden retrievers. So hair plugging my inside coil is an issue. He made brackets so I now have two filters working. Super job , professional , courteous and put up with my dogs. Truly a great tech. My highest recommendation. Thanks Jacob. Mike

Not a frequent reviewer; however, this company is worthy of lots of kudos. The service is excellent, they follow through on their word, and they set realistic expectations. They even call you back when they say they will! We had other companies come out for quotes and their technicians commented on the quality of work Jacob's had done for us on a previous job. They have definitely earned our trust and business.

I had used Jacob for many years to service an existing HVAC and mini split system and was extremely pleased with their service and professionalism. I had my main house HVAC and a mini split replaced at a total cost of $16000 in December of 2021. I was just notified that I would have to pay $700 to repair a unit that was installed just 16 months ago and have to wait 158 days for the part. I fully understand supply chain issues and the challenges of warranty but after spending a significant amount of money on products and services over 8 years I have to say I am disappointed. I was told the repair is not covered. This definitely voided any future relationship with Jacob.

JD, Pablo, Phillip, & Larry did an excellent job installing a Trane XV20i in our home. System is working flawlessly.
