We were having trouble cooling one bedroom in our home. J.D. & Pablo came out and made some adjustments & repairs to our duct work and return. They were on time, courteous, very neat & professional. Within minutes the room already feels cooler. I would highly recommend this company for all your heating & cooling needs!

Ordered a new package unit to replace a dead unit. 6 days later J.D., John, & Keegan removed the old unit and installed the new unit in just under 3 hours. Included a new tstat, return air vent and duct under the house. They even redid the drain pipe for me when I asked if it could be extended to drain into the grate just like my old unit did. They were professional, showed me how the new tstat works, cleaned up everything in the yard. Recommend.

Your price was very competitive, the work was done promptly, and our new home was left spotless afterwards. We’re new to the area and so it was reassuring to find a company that obviously takes pride in their work. Our installers JD, Pablo and Keegan worked quickly and efficiently, and JD patiently answered all of our questions. He also reviewed what he and his team had installed and it’s operation, and took time to go over the various service plans available. We subsequently chose the best one to fit our needs. 4/10/23, I'd the pleasure of meeting John & Keagon, who showed up earlier than expected in the rain for some A/C maintenance & removal of a older a/c equipment that was left in the attic & outside by the previous owner. They were very professional in laying down a drop cloth as to not walk in w/wet shoes. They didn't rush through the work to be done. John was very patient & knowledgeable to answer any questions I'd. And, also in explaining to me the functions of the already installed thermostat & how the system should work. I would recommend this company again.

My A/C went out. I called Jacob HAC. Luis came to fix my A/C. Not sure why, but there were a few hurdles to overcome in fixing the A/C; however, Luis took ownership. He stayed here, and eventually solved all issues. Fixed the A/C. Thank you Luis! I would recommend Jacob HAC to family, friends. They came on time, and CSR Aubrey and Misty are fine as well. They answer right away. No long holds. Great customer service. Thanks everyone!

Jacobs came out and moved our AC unit to a different location in our back yard!

After contacting several HVAC Companies that never responded or provide a quote it was great doing business with Jacobs.

We called for a quote, they came out on time and provided a quote, then showed up when scheduled to complete the work.
The team included J. D., Pablo, Keegan and John. They were all pleasant and professional and did an excellent job.

We will be happy to work with Jacobs in the future.

I called Jacob's and within an hour Robert was on his way to our house help us get air conditioning installed.Our service technicians were John & Keegan who did an excellent installation and within a few hours were done, including cleaning up the work area. Thank you all.

Called for a weekend fix as my A/C stopped working late Friday night. Was put through and talked to a gentleman that told me their rates which I expected to be elevated due to the weekend and emergency nature. I’m pretty handy and told him I believed it was the starting capacitor. After asking me details he agreed and told me where I could pick one up and save money. He didn’t have to and could have got a $200+ job but took care of a person instead. It’s service like what he did that we need in the world. Will absolutely be calling them when I have a major A/C issue. Thanks again!
