John, Keegan, and JD did a fantastic job putting in my new A/C heat pump system today. Thank you! They were prompt and professional.

Bryson, John and Devon did an excellent job installing our new unit. They were polite, courteous and cleaned up after themselves! They also explained everything about the installation process. We would definitely use Jacob’s again and we will continue to use them for our preventative maintenance.

My AC unit stopped working, so I called Jacob heating and air and spoke to Carissa. She was kind, friendly and very helpful. She got someone out to me with in 30 minutes. Ken came out and was super friendly and professional. He got my system repaired in a timely manner and I am back up and running for an affordable rate. Outstanding customer service!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs or service.

J.D. arrived right on time and completely rebuilt the platform for our system. He not only explained everything that was being done, but also showed us all of the changes he made to make maintenance easier for us in the future. In addition he installed a UV system. Jacob installed our A/C years ago and has maintained it ever since. I would never use anyone else to keep me cool (and warm in the winter). They are the best! Luis was our tech today and he was on time, professional, and courteous.

I had 5 bids for installation. Jacobs was my selection due to the honesty I received by the owner in his review of my bid. I really appreciated that. He really takes care of his guys by his actions during the bid. He then sent out John and Keegan to instal the Performance Carrier Infinity system. John is just a great guy and very knowledgeable really knows his stuff in addition to being great at customer service. I seen the same quality as the owner in his professionalism you can’t go wrong with John a true asset. Keegan stayed after it never seen either guy standing around Keegan was a very hard worker very respectful and worked his tail off. This teams quality is something I always looked for in employees. Have been using Jacob Heating and Air since I moved to Deland in 2004. They installed a new air conditioning system in my previous home as well as my present home. I had a major issue several years ago due to the manufacturer (not Jacob). Jacob made several visits to my home and ensured that the problem was resolved. I never had any worry that they would not fix the problem. They stand by their work, the technicians are knowledgeable, and provide great customer service. Special thanks to James who completed a maintenance check for me today. Must also thank the office staff as well as they are always pleasant and helpful.
