Jacob is the best. I’ve been using them for 12 years. I had my A/C Heat pump replaced today. The crew, JD, Philip, and Pablo were on time and did a fantastic job. They explained all the work beforehand and went over the system afterward. The work was done professionally and looks great. Jacob has always responded to our needs timely. Their office staff is great also! Highly recommended.

J.D., Pablo, and Keegan were on time, extremely efficient. My ac system had sunk over time, so they filled in the hole with gravel, set a new pad on it, and replaced the ducting, the machine, and placed metal sheeting around the outside in and outflow ducts. The replaced the connection box on the outside of the house, and covered the hole left by the larger box with white sheet metal. No holes, and looks neat and clean. Inside the house, they wired in the unit, replaced the thermostat with one that was user friendly.
Picked up all the trash. Explained the paperwork, opened any closed vents, and made sure that I knew how to operate the thermostat.

From the first day when JD, Pablo and Keegan showed up the process was excellent. They removed the 49 year old duct work and kept the work area clean. Over the next two and a half days JD and Pablo installed the new duct work and returns with no issues. JD and Pablo were very professional and had excellent attention to detail. The price was reasonable and the quality of work was excellent. I would Jacob again.

I live out of state I have the grand kid down for a visit.I arrive at my house and it is 98 degrees in the house. My ac unit is not working. I called them at 6:00pm talked with there dispatch left my information and within the hr I received a call from there tech Luis. He arrived within 20 minutes.. He was great!!! Trouble shot my unit and had the house cooling back down in no time. I highly recommend them for there response and skill...

Jacob was doing the maintenance of our air conditioning for the last 15 years when we decided to install a heat pump in the new addition to our house. We were so satisfied with it that we decided to replace the pump in the main house as well with the same. Alex Pigot made it happen. We were very happy with the installation performed by the technician Philip Larry and his helper. They were extremely professional, friendly, and experienced. The office staff at Jacobs has also been very helpful and top notch during this process.

Jacob Heating & Air Conditioning is a company that always has that "Hometown Feeling" and they are " honest. " Now, My story begins with: I wanted to upgrade my HVAC Filter System, for my new house. So, I contacted in November 2022 the " prior local A/C company ( their decal was on A/C air handler ) " : Thus, they only changed my filter and they never called me back about my upgrade requests ( I called them back many of times ). Therefore, I contacted ( in June 2023 ) Jacob Heating & Air Conditioning that installed and serviced my last house ( only 1.5 mile away in Glenwood ). On 06June2023, Jacob Heating & Air Conditioning did the upgrades and they were totally professional.
Thank you to the entire team at Jacob Heating & Air Conditioning because this Marine is Honest and Directly to the Point. OH YEA !
