Doug did a great job! He saved me a lot of money because another company tried to rip me off. I immediately signed a yearly service contract with him. He was very polite, nice personality!

Follow up to maintenance on my AC unit. With the disruption of the hurricane they push appointment back (asking ) so they could handle immediate needs first. I was glad to help and glad for the communication in a difficult period. I appreciate their concern for the customers.

From start to finish, it was a very pleasant experience. First Jerry Scotto came out to give me an estimate on a new A/C unit. He was very professional, he didn't try to oversell or pressure me into buying something more than I needed. The estimate and install scheduling was very simple and efficient.
The installer (Logan) showed up on time and explained the install process for the day. Logan's work was very professional, you could tell he took pride in his work. The install went as planned with no issues.

American Mechanical replaced our AC unit in our previous condo in 2020. We were completely satisfied and did not hesitate to call them to do the same in our new condo. Jerry arrived promptly to access the situation and provided a competitive quote to replace our nonfunctioning 14 year old unit. He brought out two portable units to give us some AC while waiting for the new unit. Doug and his partner arrived as scheduled and on time for the install.
