I want to thank American Mechanical for their service. They diagnosed the situation and replaced the undersized ducts and added returns to help the air conditioning system work more efficiently. The service techs, Doug and Mike were courteous and clearly explained the work. Jerry, the representative assured me the machine was working in good condition and I appreciate the honesty.

Just wanted to gives a huge Thumbs Up! for American Mechanical. Jerry Scotto knows his trade well and installed a new A/C system in my house for a very reasonable price. On the day of the install, the crew showed up on time and switched out the old with the new system, ran new duct work to two rooms for better air flow, reconfigured the main trunk off the AHU for better air flow and cleaned up the whole job like they were never there. If you looking for a top notch job at a reasonable price with great customer service, look no further than American Mechanical.

We have used American Mechanical for my mom's house for the last few years. Most recently Doug and Mike installed a new A/C unit for us. We have been very happy with their service. Doug has been great in the past about responding to our calls on our old unit (which was installed by another company) that was continually breaking down. He is pleasant, professional, and I recommend him and American Mechanical for your A/C needs!

Can not say enough about this company! They has always done my A/C maintenance and when it finally came time to replace my entire house system, it was the easiest decision I've ever made. Not only did they do exactly what they said they would, in the timeframe they said, but it was an amazing value for the products and services I received. They went above and beyond to explain exactly why I needed a new system, what the pros/cons of new vs. repairing my existing system were, and then gave their honest no pressure opinion on what I should do. The day of, the following day, and days after they followed up with me and came out to check the system to ensure everything was working right and that they had answered all my questions. They even gave me advice on how to improve my system performance and overall home comfort in the future.

Nick and his crew were amazing. They redesigned and replaced the entire AC duct system. They were fairly priced and were so efficient and detail oriented with their work. Above and beyond what was expected. I am so pleased with my service. I would recommend them to anyone!!

The three man crew showed up on time. They maintained both a friendly and professional work environment, combining the professionalism expected of a 5 star company with the feel of working alongside family or friends. They were courteous, polite and professional. I would recommend them without question and look forward to doing business with them again. we'll...Not really lol. I hope to Not require additional service for quite some time, but when that time comes.. American Mechanical will be getting my business again.

Jerry Scott was my last resort that came out to rescue us. He was an awesome guy very knowledgeable and quickly responsive to our a/c being down. out of 6 different companies that we searched for help here at MPHD HAIR DESIGNERS... this was the only company/guy that gave no run around and new exactly what was the problem to address and fixed it promptly....
