We were very happy with there work. Out of all the estimates we got, they were the only ones who went into our attic and realized we had incorrect sizings that were affecting the ability for our AC to properly work. They were on time. They were honest about what we needed and didn't try to sell us extras that we didn't need. They were comparable, if not better, in price to other estimates. They got their work done and cleaned up after themselves. We would highly recommend them for new AC unit and install.

If there's anyone considering using someone. I'll just say don't. I called conditioned air the guy told me all my duct work was bad and had to be changed. Price of 13000 dollars. 3 days to do the job.I called comfort air they told me the air handler had to be moved so duct work had to be modified. Price 11500 dollars. 2 days to do the job. I called American International they were here within 1 hour looked at what had to be done. Price SIGNIFICANTLY less. 1 day job. The day of the install Jerry was here to make sure everything was done right. Kenny. Marshall, and Jerry I cannot say enough great things about them. For anyone reading this and considering anyone else. DON'T. Thank you all. I appreciate all of you. Shame on me for not mentioning Doug and Mike. The attention to detail, their attitude towards me, like I was never a bother when asking questions, the care that they took with installing my A/C, they trimmed the bushes where the new unit had to go outside and cleaned up better than my landscapes do. From start to finish everything was done as if they were doing the job in their own home. I haven't been this satisfied with a company that I hired to do any job on my house in a very long time.

Jerry was extremely professional & knowledgeable. Took the time to do a thorough inspection of my current AC situation, including a complete inspection of the existing ductwork in the attic, the air handler & compressor. Before our old AC broke down for the last time, we did not feel right about setting the inside house cooling air. It's either too cold or too warm. When Jerry Scotto the manager, explained to us about how this system works and why we need to have vents to withdraw the heat and humid out then blow cool air. It really make sense and can tell how much we really enjoy the comfort after they install the new AC. The guys who install the new AC were very professional and did an excellent job even though outside were 90 degrees, they did their job. I recommend everyone who need new AC or have questions about it, call American Mechanical of SWFL. You will be glad you did it because we made the right choice. Thank you so much gentlemen!!

Kenny is a very professional service technician, he explained in detail what work needed to be done, and the price was fair, a quality company I will call again in the future if needed.

I called AMofSWFL at 9:00 am and they got me a 5-7pm appt the same day. Baron arrived about 5pm, identified the issue I was having and fixed it. Then double checked everything before leaving. He also provided tips so I can service myself in the future if needed.
These guys are the best! Even over the phone they will try to help you.
Use them once and you will never even think of any other company in this line of work!

By far the best company we ever had come to the house to install lighting. Kenny and Doug were punctual, neat, professional and very courteous. I'd recommend them to anyone. I also had an issue with my AC unit and Kenny found the issue and fixed asap. Super awesome to deal with!!!

Whenever I call American Mechanical, they have someone come to my home immediately. As a single mom, I know I can always count on them to fix my a/c as soon as possible! Very professional and efficient and well worth the money.

We used their service to clean a mini split AC unit. There were some initial communication issues but they were resolved and they ended up doing a great job.

My SWFL HVAC SYSTEM was saved by them and so was my wallet! They could have offered to replace the entire unit as others had for a very hefty price! Instead, they found the problem was a bad motor and they replaced it and cleaned up the mess left by the former tech! They literally saved me $8000 and I am so grateful! In addition, Their Preventive Maintenance is awesome! Doug went above and beyond to clean filters that appear to never have been cleaned by prior tech service. Clean and neat and yes, responsive! These are the good guys! I recognize quality because I come from a family that owned an HVAC business back home! I am blessed to have looked for that second opinion and found American Mechanical!
