Josh (the technician) arrived on time; quickly and efficiently did the installation of the new pool heater. He was friendly and patient and explained all the details of what to expect. The transaction was smooth...this gets my "Highly Recommended" ribbon.

There may be companies with a similar name but that’s where it stops! If you’re looking for a company that values your business one that can actually diagnose the problem not just swap parts look no further! Mark and Eddie did my install and I can’t say enough about how professional they were.They kept the jobsite clean as well. I highly recommend this company ! It’s nice to know that they’re also a warranty center for a lot of manufacturers as well . You get what you pay for. 🙏🏻🇺🇸

Upon arrival on our vacation to escape the cold in the northeast we found our air conditioning was not working. Being an HVAC technician back home it was a weird experience having to call a HVAC company for myself. I made the call and the whole experience was great! Brandy set everything up and Kevin and Eddie showed up on time and repaired my air conditioning and cleaned and serviced the unit as well! They worked efficiently and neatly and were very polite and professional! The repair was priced fairly as well! As a HVAC technician myself who is very critical of my trade I HIGHLY recommend this company!

Bad service, air was out. Called on a Thursday afternoon, didn't get a call back until Friday, they sent a tech and he was able to tell me the problem but said the office had to send me a price quote. 3 days later I still have no price for the repair and no one has communicated anything. Luckily my neighbor just made the repair for me and I'm cool again, no thanks to universal air. They only want their upfront diag fee, no intention of coming back. Avoid!

Universal Heating & AC is a pleasure to work with! I needed a time-sensitive evaluation of my pool heat pump before a house closing. The company that manufactures the unit sent me to Universal; I called late on a Friday, and an appointment was scheduled for Monday. I was called to confirm on Monday morning and called when the tech rep was 30 minutes from my house. Brian arrived, went right to work, kept me abreast of everything he was doing and fixed the unit in an incredibly short period of time. Brian was courteous, friendly and highly professional. A fully descriptive invoice arrived to my e-mail the next day that I could use for repair disclosure to my client. I recommend this Company highly!

I just wanted to give Josh a special shout out for doing such an amazing job fixing our AC! There was another repairman who came to fix our AC but he didn't do as good a job or catch nearly as many issues that Josh found. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable when it came to my ac unit. If you ever need help with your ac unit I highly recommend Josh!

Brian was very responsive in repairs on my pool heater and have worked with me to replace the heater and select the appropriate heater for my pool. Brandy has answered my one million questions on the topic and has kept me informed. Everyone here is very professional and responsive.

Pool heat exchanger needed replacing under warranty. Service Mgr. Josh came as scheduled, replaced the unit and answered any questions I had. The handling of the warranty claim by Samantha in the office was very professional as well. Top notch company

I had them install a new unit at my house: Chris was awesome and very polite and he knows his stuff. I was so impressed that when my ac starting acting up at work I called and asked if they could come out. I spoke with Brandy and Sandy and they had Chris at my office in less that 2 hours. ( the other company I used before, it took 3 different visits with 3 different techs to fix my problem.) Chris ran a few tests and found the problem. He fixed it and my bill was under $150. The other company I used before would charge me around $300-$500. Highly recommend this company... Matt
