My Pentair Ultra-Temp 140 pool heat pump was intermittently not producing heat. It was under MFG warranty and Universal is a Pentair authorized repair and maintenance company. Cullen arrived in minutes, diagnosed the problem and replaced the Capacitor on the spot. What a relief. Thank you for taking the time to listen to me, it was a pleasure. Cheers

Thank you Cullen for coming out today and servicing our pool heater. He was friendly, educational, and took his time to show me all the parts of the pool heater. I was also so impressed by the office staff, calling me the day prior to let me know he was on his way and the day of giving me a heads up call about 20 min before his arrival.
