My capacitor went out on my pool heater and Josh Gilman from Universal Heating and air saved the day! Very professional and knowledgeable. I learnt more about my pool heater today than I did from the company who built my pool and services it in three years!

This company has done various HVAC projects for me over the years and I can't say enough good things about them. They are always very professional and do an excellent job. Mark and Eddie just completed a complete system change out and as always, did a great job! For me, there is no other A/C company for my projects!

I want to thank Josh and Mark for doing an awesome job installing a brand new pool heat pump. Actually the whole experience from the initial visit, quotes and finally the installation was great. Josh and Mark were prompt and friendly. It was not a straight forward install as the piping from the pool heater to the pool pump needed to be run under a concrete walkway. I very much appreciated the professional work, that the area was left completely clean once the work was completed and that they walked me through the running, maintenance and other information needed to have the best experience with the heater. I will use this company for any maintenance/service on the heat pump as well as my house AC and Heating in the future. I was very impressed with the attention to detail.

Richard was very professional and explained everything step by step. The original installation of the Gulf Stream heat pump was not done by Universal, but they were able to cover the part under warranty and only charged me a service call. They will be my only call for any A/C, Heating and Pool Heater work. Could NOT be any happier! Thank You Richard and sorry about the wasp sting.

We used Universal Heat & Air to fix our pool heater. They have great customer service & their pricing is very fair. Josh, the tech, was very courteous and knowledgeable. He even gave us a few tips to prevent further damage. I highly recommend.

Brian with Universal Heating & Air came out today to service our Rheem pool heat pump which stopped working. Very professional & quickly had us up and running. Brandy in the office was a great help getting our warranty work handled with Rheem and getting us scheduled quickly. One of the best repair services I've ever had. Thank you so much!

I've used this company several times and they have always been very responsive and on time. Brandy and Samantha the ladies that I have talked to were always friendly and personal, they always went above and beyond whenever I had a concern or question. Their technicians have always been on time and punctual which is a plus for someone with busy schedule. They do have some new technicians (in the past that I used) that just started working that may need some more hands-on training so they can handle issues more professionally which would give customers more confidence. Overall positive experience, keep up the good work!

Universal Heating & Air recently saved me....I'm a CPA whose AC went out days before the big tax deadline. I'm also a Mom to a special needs son who can't be exposed to the heat. Their technician GILMAR was THE BEST!! He not only solved the problem but was incredibly kind & thoughtful. Their office staff was also just a NICE & HELPFUL!! I would highly recommend this company for both installation & maintenance. TERRIFIC COMPANY who cares about their customers.

We have been using Universal Heating and Air for a few years now and they always go above and beyond to schedule maintenance and repairs in a timely manner. They have great customer service and very knowledgeable technicians. We recently had them install an Air Knight System in our AC/Heating unit and it wasn’t an easy job. They did an awesome job!
