I had my pool heater fail, and it was hard to find a company that could deal with it. They helped me assess the issues, navigate the warrantee, and send out Cullen Smith to do the repair. There was some confusion about confirming my intent to get the work done, but after that was cleared up it was smooth sailing and Cullen appears to have done a great job getting my system running again.

Our pool was finished May 12th 2021 by a company that has no interest in customer satisfaction or support. Our heater stopped working 13 months later and we spent the next 8 months unable to use our pool/spa, despite weekly attempts to get the pool company to repair our heater. I finally realized that the heater had a label giving the number to Universal Heating & Air and I call and spoke with Brandy at 4:00 PM, who quickly understood our desperation and told me she told me she would call me the next morning, but instead called a technician who was in the area with the right part, and an hour later our pool heater was getting repaired. My wife was so happy that she literally cried. I have never had a business care as much and respond as fast as Universal Heating & Air. Brandy...you and that great technician (I'm sorry I don't know his name) saved our Holiday and our sanity. Your company should be incredibly proud of your professionalism and sincerity in supporting your customers. I will not only call you for any pool heater problems, but for any home heating and cooling problems as well. We will certainly recommend Universal Heating & Air to everyone we know. Thanks to technician Cullen Smith who repaired our pool heater. Heater was turning off after a few minutes and he repaired it by just running diagnostics. Other company had said the heat pump needed replacement, which was not the case. Appreciate the service. Ignacio

Had a pool gas heater issue, Collin did a great job finding and resolving the issue quickly. Turns out original temperature sensors were faulty and needed replacing. Would highly recommend this team for pool heater issues.

Cullen smith helped me with an issue with my AC. My pool guys turned the outside breaker to the compressor off thinking it was part of the pool system so when the breaker was turned back on it was just blowing heat. He helped figure out that the thermostat needed some settings changed. Thk you for the help and will definitely use them in the future if I have anymore issues .

You realize you chose the right contractor when the city inspector arrives for the final inspection and comments on how well the work was performed! He specifically mentioned their labeling of all electrical panels and the superior quality of insulation used on the outside lines.
