Impressed with the quality and service provided by Universal Heating & Air. The pool heater is awesome, the company is responsive and techs are skilled. Had a small issue recently that was nicely resolved. Richard took care of the repair, walked me through his work, and provided some helpful maintenance tips. Thanks to Richard and Universal Heating & Air for standing behind their work and warranty!

Our pool heater stopped working and we had a big party coming up. The team over the phone were more than willing to help out and even got me on their very busy schedule. Just in time for the party. Cullen came out and fixed our pool heater quickly and kept me in the loop the entire time. He did a great job getting it running, and even shared things I may experience in the future and what to keep an eye out for.

I will definitely be using this team again for my pool heating needs, along with future heating and AC needs.

Called on a Sunday at 8:30 AM and Colin Smith with Universal was at my home within the hour. He was very professional and thorough in repairing the unit. He even took the time to look at my other systems servicing the home. Cost was great and I highly recommend them! I have dealt with several other companies in the past, and they have by far been the best. This was my 3rd time using them

I contacted Universal Heating & Air because they were recommended by Pinch A Penny Pool Services. I am very grateful for their recommendation! I called To make an appointment to have my pool heater checked and at some point I made contact with their Tech Mike. Well, I was so impressed with his patience, professionalism and knowledge about the different systems and how they work, that upon scheduling my appointment I requested to have Only Mike as my tech and shared that I was willing to await his availability. Mike arrived today and he was every bit of the professional/knowledgeable person that I hoped to meet. I highly recommend this company!

My pool heater was not working, we called Universal, they came out the following week and fixed it, and let me know it was still under warranty (no charge!). Their technician Cullen was great and communicated repair and the parts that were replaced. He was a total pro! Highly recommend this company!

I had a great experience using Universal Heating and Air to repair my pool heater. Cullen arrived on time, diagnosed the issue, explained the problem, and presented the solution with cost estimate. Cullen was knowledable, courteous, informative, and professional. I will definitely use this company again for HVAC repairs.

Richard came out for a warranty repair on my pool heat pump. He couldn't have been nicer, or more importantly, more informative. Once the warranty item was installed, he made sure every little detail in my complicated pool setup (two filters, propane spa heater, fountains, solar, & heat pump) were working, and working well together. He also advised me against buying a new controller which would have cost a lot of money and been unnecessary. I am grateful, and will feel safe calling them again.

Great experience. Very knowledgeable technician, Cullen Smith, came to make the repair and was very thorough explaining the system and what he was doing? He also went through what to watch for in the future and how to prolong the life of our gas spa heater. Will definitely use this company again.

Cullen was awesome. He diagnosed the problem in about 30 seconds. He communicated with us and explained our options in a way that was easy to understand. He went above and beyond to explain the problem to our pool company help us to get a resolution. On time, very professional and knowledgeable. Took the extra time to explain/teach me about my pool heat pump and its operation. Company was very easy to book an appointment that met with my work schedule. Will be calling back in the fall for a PM/Check up.
