Universal Heat & Air performed a maintenance service on my A/C units to ensure they were performing efficiently prior to the Summer heat season. They were incredible to work with and made both units look and operate like new!! They also shared insightful information that all homeowners should know to maintain household A/C units performing at peak performance. They alerted me that I was using the incorrect A/C filter size; the home had 20x20" filters but 20/21" were actually the correct size. They are highly recommended if you want to keep your A/C system operating at peak performance year round.

Pool heater quit on me. Universal was recommended by a pool company for this type of work. Cullen and Nick came out, discovered the problem and fixed it. Very knowledgeable and professional. They were able to send someone out within a couple hours of my call. Joshua arrived and was not only professional but extremely knowledgeable. He not only told me what the problem was but told me how to prevent it in the future and why it was happening. Within the first few mins of being there. The price for the job was extremely affordable!. In addition to the service call, Julie the office manager was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make some behind-the-scenes phone calls to the manufacturer. I’ve made a switch and will be using them for all my AC/heater needs in the future! Easy decision

While the initial work wasn’t completed correctly, they were quick to remedy it. Colin (not sure of spelling) was clean, fast, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Cullen and Nick were awesome!!! We had “another” company install a brand new ac and it was a disaster! These guys worked extra to try and backtrack every detail of what the other company did and find all the problems the other company created. They were highly responsive and diligent in finding and fixing the ac system. A pleasure to work with! They really care about doing things right. Will definitley call again.

Had a very positive experience with Univ Heating & A/C. Cullen was the tech who serviced my pool heater. Cullen was great! Very knowledgeable and was happy to explain the issue and showed me the problem. He was professional and trustful. I'll be using them in the future for sure.
