Cullen came out on time and quickly fixed our heat pump. Did a great job and explained the entire process to us.

It is my great pleasure to write this review about the people and the services related to Universal Heating and Air.

Recently, we needed to replace an original air handling system and central air unit. We wished to replace the prior unit with a Carrier Infinity High Efficiency unit. The interface with the office staff (Sandy) was to point. She was easy to work with, provided written and verbal explanation of services, and was always available to discuss the status of both the ordering of the unit and the installation process.

On the installation day (after receiving a "heads-up" as to the ETA), the installers (Joshua & Victor) were prompt and courteous. They did everything that illustrates their commitment to the installation process (laying out protection in the garage/house, trimming shrubs for the outside unit install and painting/spackling/cleaning around the finished product). They were diligent in their activities for close to 9 hours. They took time out to explain certain aspects of the install, as well as, preventative measures with the new unit going forward.

After the install, they were back the next day to make sure everything was complete and the unit was performing as advertised by Carrier. Follow-up with both the staff and ownership has been excellent.

It is not often that we find this kind of commitment to a finished product. We are proud to say we are customers of Universal Heating and Air, and we highly recommend this company and these individuals going forward.

I was introduced to Universal Heating & Air Conditioning through another vendor. Samantha, from the firm, contacted me several times to coordinate scheduling and affirm the technician was on their way to my home. The technician, Josh, did a through and amazing job rectifying the new heat pump issue. A heat pump Universal Heating & Air Conditioning did not install.

Brandy kept us updated on the arrival time the technician and we really appreciate her professionalism and courtesy.

Mike arrived on time and did a thorough review of the pool heater. He determined it was the temperature sensor and replaced it. He then tested the other components and checked the water temperature to make sure the heater was working. Mike is also a professional and courteous technician. If we have more trouble in the future we would like to have Mike return. Thanks to both Brandy and Mike!

Have used these guys 3 times now, between an issue with a mini-split, and another with our main unit just today. Really impressed by how helpful and friendly everyone is - both when speaking with office staff, and our tech, Cullen, was so nice to work with. I called at 8:30am and they were out to our house around 10am. In this Florida heat is practically priceless when you’ve been sweating all night and they can save the day in under 2 hours. Thank you guys so much again. I work from home, and it is so good to have the ac back on so quickly.

Our ac stopped working. And living in Florida, you know ac is necessary. We called Universal Heating and Air Conditioning and they immediately set up for the quickest appointment. Cullen and Nick showed up on time, were amazingly professional and efficient. Was a quick fix but they went above and beyond to make sure we were good. Highly recommend and ask for Cullen and Nick!
