My heater stopped working yesterday, and I received a call 1 minute after leaving a voicemail. They offered to come the same night (which wasn't necessary), but came the next morning and fixed the issue. Excellent customer service, would highly recommend.

Kyle Bridgewater was able to diagnose and fix our AC problem very quickly. He’s very knowledgeable and explained our system and the issue in “layman’s” terms for us, so we can better understand what the underlying cause was. Would highly recommend Bridgeworks Heating and Cooling!

I needed to have my central AC tuned up and cleaned for the summer since it has been awhile since it was last serviced. I browsed thru Angie's List to check out AC contractors in my area and spotted Bridgeworks Heating & Cooling. This is a fairly new company run by a father and son team apparently so I said why not try them. So I sent am email asking for availability and Nikki wrote back an affirmative. Called in an appointment, Nikki answered the call pleasantly, Appointment made no problem. On 6/20/19 at 12.
So the technician comes on the scheduled day, on time. And he turns out to be Jim, the owner of Bridgeworks Heating & Cooling, or one of them anyways. He could not have been more pleasant a person to deal with. Pretty darn cheerful guy and willing to answer any questions one might have, it was actually fun to watch him do the maintenance on my AC. And all this on a dreary rainy day.
I'm definitely using Bridgeworks Heating & Cooling again, in fact I signed up for a service contract with them. I suggest anyone looking for service on their HVAC needs to consider hiring them.

Tough to be without A/C in a heat wave during a Holiday. Bridgeworks came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Jim got us up and running after a couple of days without A/C...the culprit being outdated thermostats. Still some work to do, but he managed to restore the A/C and cool the house.

Experience with the tech was poor, maintenance fee very expensive.

Troy showed up right on time got the job done right and was very forthright with all information on the work done. We are very happy with Bridgework heating and cooling LLC.

The quality, service and price are all excellent. There are a lot of anxieties that come with getting HVAC work done and Bridgeworks takes them all away. So happy to have found them. Highly recommend.

Safety conscious (wore masks), friendly, came out quickly, answered pricing questions upfront, helped resolve our issue and answered our service questions but was a bit surprised to see mud tracked all over newly painted floor as well as yoga mat in basement (uncool, roll it up or go around - wear booties or take off shoes) after requesting they take off their shoes since there is snow and mud outside. Also just finished wiping up the water puddles left by utilities too. Shoes were off initially at least with the person we spoke with so no idea what went wrong.
