David and his team were quick and efficient with assisting with an inducer motor for my boiler/hot water heater. They were able to identify the issue via phone when I read the error code my system was generating. Instead of coming out for an afterhours emergency visit, David suggested waiting until the morning because 9 times out of 10 it was a part that needed replacing. They promptly called upon opening in the morning that they secured the part, and they would be out in a few hours. The system is now up and working on one of the coldest days of the year thanks to David and his team!

they were the only company that could come within a 48 hour time period. although the employee was a little late, they called ahead of time to let me know. He was very knowledge and got our AC up and running.

I had my HVAC system replaced in March due to my old system aging and having issues. I had gotten so many quotes and was at my wits end with picking an installer but decided to get just one more quote with Bridgeworks.

All employees were great to deal with and they were very responsive. I was looking to get something high tech and efficient - a variable speed communicating system due to multiple zones in my home. My wants/needs were listened to and met. This past weekend with the 90+ weather the system performed well. I have a cape/colonial style home which in the past was impossible to keep both floors comfortable as the old system couldn't keep up. The design of the house didn't help either. The new system was able to keep the entire house a consistent temperature, and did so quietly.

By the way, the Heil variable speed communicating systems are basically rebadged Carrier Infinity systems, known to be the best communicating HVAC systems around. Can't go wrong with the great warranty and top notch service received from Bridgeworks.

Everyone works to earn a living, but when someone does the same thing selflessly... you are in good hands. These guys are honest & fairly priced.
I had called them when the temperature dropped (I feel really cold!) & my heater wasn’t working. I had already got a diagnosis done (was told to replace the entire unit) & wanted a second look. I called Nikki & told her the while story & she sent someone the same day!! No charges for diagnosis or visiting. Jim came over to take a look & told us we only need to change a part. He came back in 30mins (as he couldn’t call us due to bad network) to give us an estimate & confirm the order of the part. As soon as the part came, we got a call for booking our time slot fir the visit. David came & got our unit working with so much of sincerity. But the best part of all was that we were kept informed through texts, e-mails & calls of what we should be expecting & when.
I wish I had an option of more stars. These guys are the best & are amazing in their work area. But they are just amazing people.

They are simply the best! On more than one occasion they have come out and fixed the problem with furnace and water heater. They are always available 24/7 they are smart courteous professional I cannot say enough good things about this team. It’s really a great feeling to have someone you can trust and count on.

Troy was great! Came out for a no heat call. He found the problem and gave the best explanation I've ever heard from a technician on what was wrong and how it works. Many others simply tell you "x" is broken and this is the cost to replace it. Troy explained and educated me in the process. Thank you Troy!
