Troy was punctual, professional and able to fix the problem on my furnace.

Kyle came on time and was a friendly and knowledgeable guy. Getting the estimate was easy and the price came in around what we expected.

They came and did the job yesterday. They removed our old nonfunctional ac and installed a new unit. They relocated the compressor and reconfigured the layout for the handler in the attic to make the best use of space. Job was done in a short time and there was no mess left behind.

All in all we are very pleased. This company is reliable and there are no hassles coordinating with them like there are with so many these days.

Had Jim from Bridgeworks out to fix our central air that had a leak / issue with retaining coolant. He diagnosed the problem within an hour (4 separate air handlers) and was done in 2.5 hours. Very professional just a really nice guy. Honest, efficient with his time, and trustworthy. Have finally found our go-to company. Highly recommended!!

After calling them for a furnace breakdown with no heat last year, I setup a yearly service contract. I decided to schedule my yearly appointment a bit early this year, but something came up and I had to reschedule my appointment, which was handled easily by the office. On the day of my appointment, Troy showed up on time and did a great job! He was friendly, followed Covid protocols, and he was done in about 45 minutes.
