This is the second time I’ve used Bridgeworks. First time they installed a new airconditioning system and recently they came to assess a problem with our second ac unit. Both times they responded promptly and definitely do good and most importantly honest work.

When ever I have a problem, Bridgeworks responds right away.

David was extremely helpful in bringing us up to speed with our new system and identified our concerns quickly. We are very happy to have them as a resource for all our HVAC needs!

This is a very friendly family business.
We had an HVAC emergency on a Sunday, and they responded very quickly. The visit was short, informative and you can tell right away that they are very trustworthy.

I saw Bridgeworks on Angie's List when I was having trouble with my central air. Making an appointment was easy and Jim Bridgewater came to my house. What an incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and courteous gentleman. Fixed my issue in no time. Didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Even told me if there was any problem at all just give a call and he'd be glad to come back. He seriously felt like an old friend by the time we were finished conversing. I would recommend Bridgeworks highly to anyone in need of cooling or heating repairs.

The person I had been using to service my HVAC retired and the person recommended to me to do the work decided he was no longer going to work in my building. I searched the internet for highly rated HVAC companies and found Bridgeworks. I contacted them first through messenger and got an immediate response from Nikki (to find out if they worked in my town - West Hartford - and if they serviced multi-story, multi-unit buildings with compressors on the roof - they do both). I then called for an appointment and, even though I was a new customer and we were in the middle of several days of very high temperatures, I was able to get an appointment in a fairly short time frame. Troy from Bridgeworks was on time, extremely competent, very friendly and respectful, knew what he was doing, answered all of my questions (some of which were not the most intelligent), did not try to upsell me on anything but did point out other services they provide and was just a pleasure to work with. I will be recommending them to other residents in my building and will be using them for my future HVAC needs as well as water heater issues if I have any. I was exceedingly pleased with all aspects of their service.

I just bought a house, noticed that there was a leak from the humidifier. The company that the previous owner used was busy for the next 2 months - I reached out to Bridgworks. They were able to come out the next week, very friendly and helpful over the phone.
In person, efficient and quick too. Offered good advice and sent me a detailed invoice with information to act on within a few minutes of the service.
Payment was via an online portal and super efficient. Overall, these are my go to HVAC people now!
