JOn came to our house concerning a possible water leak i a/c air handler. He was knowledgable and courteous.
He also answered several questions I had.

I'm writing to rescind a review I wrote several days ago. At that time, I had called into Sippin Energy to discuss oil prices and budget oil plans . I did not intend to write a review ,but when Google maps asked me what I thought of Sippin (based on my phone call) I was being flippant when I said I never spoke to them.......they must not need the business.
I received an apology immediately from Eric Sippin and a phone call the very next morning from sales rep , Art .
Art also apologized for the oversight .He took time to explain every aspect of their budget plans and helped me select the one that fit my needs perfectly . He was personable, professional and made me feel confident I made the correct choice in choosing Sippin for my energy needs.

Jeff was great. He came earlier then expected and since it was10 degrees below outside, we really appreciated that. We had lost heat in the bedroom and since the person using it was convalescing from serious surgery it was pretty much an emergency. He diagnosed the problem, did the repairs and within an hour we had sufficient heat in the room. Kudos to Jeff and Sippin. Thank you.

Will arrived in the designated time window and he proceeded with the annual furnace maintenance. He asked if I had any concerns which I did not. He is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He is a great tech.

Adam is the best. He came by fixed my no heat problem and gave me solutions to keep the heat going properly.

When I asked the nature of the services done, the Staff took time to explain the details of the work he did
