Nick and his crew are great! We had some scheduling difficulties and he was quick to slot me at an erier time when I asked. Furthermore, Nick called me to walk me through the installation and an out of level joint that created an optical allusion which made the unit appear crooked. Nick was a real pro the whole time ensured I was completely satisfied. 10/10 would recommend!

Ventrella has been to our home a few times to install new A/C and repair existing as well as install smart thermometers. Each time they were very responsive and did great work at a very reasonable price. I would strongly recommend making them your first call for service and repair.

Nick and the crew at Ventrella mechanicals are THE BEST. They are the greatest HVAC company in the southern ct area. I am very grateful I got recommended to them. They have done a lot of work for me, but the most impt being the AC replacement. They not only did an impeccable job, they did it without me having to replace my air handler, too. Prior to meeting them, no other company would convert my air handler which wasn’t old, to work with the new systems. They said it wasn’t possible. It was and they all try to upsell. Not Ventrella mech. They do what’s best for the client and their knowledge and skill far surpasses their peers. They saved me so much headache, money, etc and did an incredible job. Everything works perfectly and continues to. I am Super thankful! If you have other emergencies they come right away. They are great people, too. Which makes working with them a joy and a breeze. Nick and his team came in and installed a new propane fired HVAC system and AC condenser. They installed everything in one day, left the area neat, much better laid out and organized than it was, and they were on time, courteous, and considerate all day.
