Called for emergency service because we had no heat on the first floor. Bryan V. was at our house very quickly once I called and had the problem diagnosed in a few minutes. Part was replaced very quickly and heating system is running great! Very pleased with the emergency service and will be recommending Sippin to everyone!

Sippin Energy is the best. Their customer service is remarkable. They communicate very well. All staff--from the folks in the office to the technicians in the field--are professional, intelligent, and easy to work with.

Boiler would not stay on. Kept cutting off. Primed it like 5 times but it cut off after 30 seconds. Had no heat or hot water. Called service around 10:20PM on Saturday. Tech called me back and said he would be there in 15-20 minutes. He was there on time, diagnosed what was wrong, fixed the problem and was out the door by 11:10PM. Could not have asked for better response time nor the time it took to fix the problem. He was courteous and friendly, especially for that time of night.
