I contracted Sippin to replace my old furnace and domestic hot water system. The sales representative was very helpful and informative when deciding on what system to install, and was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, including ones that were related to other future projects. The installation team was very professional, did their work in a timely manner, communicated well during the installation and were willing to show up after installation on short notice to fix a minor issue that popped up. System looks and works amazing, and I greatly appreciate the work of everyone involved. I will definitely continue to use Sippin's services in the future.

Sippin installed 2 tanks and ran a gas line to the outdoor pool heater. The Customer Ambassador (Mark B) & the office staff were easy to communicate with & provided much information. The crew was punctual & respectful of the property. Highly recommend

Mark was wonderful. He was personable and professional. I explained our situation to him, he gave me his direct line and is helping to guide me/us through the process of house knock down/rebuild and adding propane to our property. The tech arrived on time and proceeded with his work once announced. Advised me of the status of my oil burner and hot water heater upon cleaning and checking it out under my yearly maintenance plan.

Wow! I was worried about using a big name company but they were honest, prompt and very knowledgeable. The first company I had come out spent 3 hours to say it was the thermostat only for me to have the issue happen again in a few weeks. Dave came out and diagnosed the issue and a leak within 5 minutes and had it fixed in less than an hour. I also had a meeting this whole time and he was so quiet and respectful I had no idea he had even replaced a part. Thank you all so much for keeping us safe and warm and your integrity . I will recommend your services to everyone I know.

Every customer service interaction I have had over the last several years has been excellent. All of the employees are helpful, knowledgeable and responsive.

We had a whole House generator installed. We’ve used Sippen for many years and they’ve always been good. The generator install has been very confusing. The lady in the office told us it was our responsibility to set up the inspection even though we were told that Sippen would handle all the details. She seems very annoyed with us. The whole process has taken quite a while with a lot of confusion, costs a lot of money and we felt kind of like we were bothering them when we called. The excavators were so nice and smoothed it all over. If I knew what I know now, I think we would have gone a different direction for the generator install.
They have been a very reliable service to us for fuel delivery for many years. Maybe this is just a one off type situation.

The town inspector came for our final inspection. They failed to also schedule electrician to be here so now we wait again to be finished with this project.

They asked me again if I wanted to handle the logistics of scheduling. I don’t, that’s why we went with sippin.

The Technicians were very thorough, clean and knowledgeable. I have always had a great experience with Sippin since we have had this house built in 1996. I will and have referred them to others along the way.

I have had pleasant experiences with the staff and repair personnel of Sippin. Based upon this alone I would have given Sippin 5 stars. Price comes into play when considering Sippin as their prices are considerably higher than local COD suppliers. Sippin is a full service operation which plays into their higher prices. If you are price sensitive I would suggest shopping around. If not, then I would highly recommend Sippin for their professional staff.
