    Whenever I call, the people are always so helpful and nice. If there are any problems (which are rare) they are usually efficient with helping and resolving them. I always appreciate the maintenance people taking the time to explain and talk to me when I have questions or concerns. I've had my AC unit for almost 19 years, and it is still working efficiently thanks to the hard work of Edgerton. Usually by this time others would be telling me to replace it, but thanks to the hard work of the maintenance people, it's still working efficiently and they've told it still has plenty of life left in it. Don't need to change what's not broken.

    Very responsive and helpful. Have used them for heating and air conditioning construction work and service for many years, putting in two boilers, and four a/c compressors and air handlers as well as a large generator. Happy with all work and service.

    My service person was fine but when he told me I needed Freon and there would be a charge. I didn’t think much of it but then I realized my 6 year old HVAC system shouldn’t need Freon and the cost was $300. I paid the bill but now I’m quite concerned. I was told I have to wait until my next service which makes sense but…..I know it’s not their fault but I had no idea the charge would be $300 and I
    may have a problem.

    Got here on time, very professional serviceman. He even took the debris away. Edgerton also responds well when the AC breaks down, which has only happened three times since I’ve lived here ( They replaced the original system about 15 yrs ago, great job then).

    The team at Edgerton did a great job replacing a 20 year old Trane A/C compressor and cooling coil in an attic unit servicing the 2nd floor of our home. After confirming the old 3-ton unit was undersized, the install team got the new 4-ton unit up and running within the estimated timeline of 2weeks. . Luckily it only started hitting hot temps and humid conditions after the new unit was in place.

    Our house was built in 1782 and while we wanted to install AC, we were mindful of preserving the historic nature of the house. Andy and Mike Jessee worked with us to come up with a creative solution that modified and added to existing vents in the basement so that the above floors retained their historic look. We so appreciated their effort and respect for the house and our wishes. The team that worked with Andy - Ryan, Roy, and Colby - were great. Clearly knowledgeable and efficient, they were also personable and friendly. With last week's unseasonable heat, we were able to try out the new system, and ahhhhhh, it worked like a charm. We are very grateful to Egerton and their staff for their expertise and attention to our unique situation.

    We had an emergency as our A/C suddenly went out on a holiday weekend. Luis Zapata was very professional, promptly diagnosed the problem and was finished in less than an hour. A job well done!

    Technician seemed to know what he was doing and did not try to up sell me on anything. He was very knowledgeable and did a good job explaining what the problem was. Although it may be maintained in their system he did not note the date, nor the service performed on the tracking sheet attached to the furnace. This tracking sheet is a good reference to let me know when and what work was performed.

    We’ve been an Edgerton customer for many years. Service techs (when needed) are responsive and helpful when trouble shooting any issues, and quick to make any needed repairs. We recently needed to replace our 20+ year old HVAC system. Despite initial confusion from a former employee who had left the company (but didn’t indicate he was now with a competitor), president Matt Briand resolved the confusion as soon as he became aware and had senior HVAC consultant Mike Jessee reach out immediately. Mike was professional, knowledgeable, responsive and a pleasure to work with. The installation crew was first-rate, arriving on time and cleaning the work area upon completion. We highly recommend Edgerton for their top-notch, customer-focused service.
