I switched to Edgerton last summer. Was having trouble with my AC for years and years and even though I had switched out my unites etc. Was still having the same problem. Thousands spent. I switched over to Edgerton last summer and this year had them replace two air handlers and 2 units. Pros in the office and in the field. This company knows their business. So if you want results this is the company to call.
Came earlier than appointed time as we were without heat and hot water in February. Worked efficiently and expertly and repaired what was not working. Only complaint is serviceman "didn't believe in masks" during the pandemic.
They installed Oil Furnace and heat Pump at my residence in March 2016.They work with CT energy financing and that is a plus as the interest rates are very good.The system is working great . The only glitch I had was during the install a wire was accidentally disconnected from the zone control and as a result no air was coming out from the bedroom vents. It took me almost 8 months to notice it and they came and fixed it with no extra charge.Also a month after the warranty expired, the heatpump stopped turning on which turned out to be a simple software reset button which needed to be pressed and released. They again covered it without charging me anything. I will definitely use them again.By the way, they were not the cheapest to quote me but again I wanted a hassle-free well reputed company.Also please schedule all your projects in spring otherwise there is a long long waiting involved. this is true with all HVAC companies with a good reputation.
Service rep showed up to my front door for my appointment. I explained what was happening with my HVAC system. The rep stated that it would be very expensive to fix "without even looking at it". He then left with no next steps or recommendations still not even looking at my system. Two weeks later I received a service bill! I wouldn't recommend them. Talk about taking advantage of someone.
Had them out for a quote for A/C. They wasted over an hour if my time and then never delivered a proposal. I called and followed up and still got nothing. If they waste people's time on quotes, they definitely can'r handle actual work. I would avoid them.
Sales guys were super nice. Very slow to respond. I had questions bout the proposal as one of the prices seemed high and no one returned my text or call. I tried 2x with both sales guys. Too bad because we were going to move forward with them. Now they lost a $15k+ job. Not impressed with their customer service.

Explained as things happened and also the electrician you hired explained and wrote on fuse boxes where things were added When Ryan came and explained the services he did it so I could understand it all and listened to my questions with straight forward answers The whole work ethics are wonderful Thank you Barbara Schnuck
