My furnace was working sporadically and I was under Edgerton's care, so I decided to visit and meet the people at their headquarters. I explained the problem and they sent their tech, Adi Dika, to my home early the next morning.
Within 10 minutes, Adi found My blower motor needed to be replaced. He had a new blower motor in his truck and one hour later it was working great. Edgerton is a class company, with great people and very fair pricing. A J B

Alexis was extremely thorough and professional in the way she performed the annual maintenance on our central air conditioning system. She was punctual, pleasant, and very efficient and conscientious. In this COVID environment, Alexis was very careful and respectful about wearing a mask during the entire visit. She explained the various tasks she was performing, and at the end of the visit she gave us a run-down on how the system is performing. Alexis and Edgerton are truly a pleasure to deal with!

Alexis, the Edgerton technician who serviced our unit, did an outstanding job of understanding our concerns, explaining the issues with our unit and the steps she took to set things right. I could not speak more highly of her and would recommend her to anyone.

Our furnace stopped working on a Saturday night a few weeks ago, and Sunday morning we got in touch with Edgerton. We were referred by family who spoke highly of their experience. The head sales rep was at our house by Sunday at 11am. They are responsive, professional, intelligent, and our new furnace is extremely efficient. Edgerton installed the new HVAC unit earlier than expected and our heat was working just before the temperatures dropped. I will definitely be referring Edgerton to my friends and family.

Edgerton's service technicians are super knowlegable, professional and most importantly provide excellent service. I have an old "Thatcher" furnace from the 60's. The parts are obsolete but because I can't afford a new furnance Edgerton has annually serviced my furnace and oil burner for over 10-years and managed to keep it running. I very seldom write reviews, but I want my community to know Edgerton is an equal opportunity employer. FINALLY, after 40+ years a Black HVAC technician! From the very beginning with Mike , in sales, to the installation with George and his partner ( I'm sorry I can't remember his name ) we were treated well . They were prompt , considerate and neat . It was done in 3 days with just a tweak the next day. The installers really knew what they were doing and they were great ! Thank you Robert & Fran Tetro

Technician Joel was superb. He brought 30 years of knowledge and educated me on the hvac system in my new home.
