    had an appointment on May 25th with Ryan between 3pm and 5pm for a quote to replace my a/c unit.

    Was onsite at a client in meeting until 2:30 on May 25th. Tried calling Ryan to let him know I was on my way when I saw there was a voicemail from him at 1:44 pm saying one of his appointments cancelled and if I was in the area. Got home at 3pm and he never showed up.

    Called customer service at 6:49pm to let them know what happened.

    Got a voicemail from Ryan at 8:16 the next morning saying my message was garbled and he was there and took pictures of the rooftop unit and had enough info to come up with an estimate that he could email to me.

    Text him the next morning with my email address and for him to email his quote to me.

    Never heard from him.

    Guess Edgerton doesn't need the business or he never showed up. Only way he could have taken pictures was with a drone.

    For a company that has been in business fo 60+ years I guess they srill haven't haven't figured out what customer service means.

    The technician who came to service our a/c was very courteous. Unfortunately his assessment of our system was completely inaccurate. He told us that the refrigerant was low and that because the system was leaking and it uses R22 it should be replaced. We had another company come in to check the system. After careful evaluation he told us the system was fully charged. It is possible that when the edgerton technician was evaluating the system the cold outdoor temperature may have played a role. Additionally the filter he replaced in the air handler was undersized.
    We have used your service for many years and this is an unfortunate situation.

    I found the Edgerton staff to be personable, knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. My air conditioning needs were analyzed and discussed in detail with me. Alternatives were also developed and explained. After I decided what I wanted, the installation proceeded on time to a successful completion. The technicians were especially good in answering my questions and in taking care of my property during the install, leaving no mess or clutter in my nice, cool home.

    After hurricane Sandy I lost my furnace and air conditioning system.
    Another company did the installation and it was a nightmare from day one. I contacted Edgerton and although it was not their responsibility Bob Besaw stuck with it until he solved the problem. Making calls to the manufacturer, having them bring in consultants etc. Very grateful for the caring professional service.

    It was a very professional and proficient experience. Christina my salesperson was very informative. I didn't feel pushed into a hasty decision. I took over a week to make up my mind. The job was assigned and the installers were right on time . They went about their work with a minimum of fuss or disruption to our family. Very pleased.

    Edgerton replaced my steam boiler six years ago. During this year's service on the boiler they noticed that the pressure gage was not working. They replaced the gage and checked the entire system. The crew that came out were on top of every aspect of the job that needed to be completed. Knowing the ins and outs of steam heat is an art form. Edgerton is very knowledgable on the workings and maintaining of steam heat.

    Julian took great care of us. Besides replacing a leaking air vent, he found a second one that was starting to leak and replaced it also. He then checked out all three heating zones to make sure we had no other problems, which we appreciated, He was very pleasant, polite, and courteous. Fine young man.
