I used Argus for many years and was always happy with them. However, they use an answering service for customer inquiries and their responsiveness has been severely lacking in my recent experiences. I had Tom come out to give me a quote for a new central AC system after mine died last summer. He came out at the end of September and still has not provided the quote 7 months later. This despite me following up about 5 times with their answering service. The other HVAC companies I’ve contacted all responded within 2 days or less. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

The technician was great! He traveled to the store to obtain the parts we needed and ran additional checks on all parts of our system. Very diligent!

I have used Argus several times now, a few for maintenance and once for a water heater replacement. I have had lots of trouble getting in touch with other companies but Argus made it super easy by texting me and they were very responsive. Their work was excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful in explaining exactly what was needed and why.
