I called twice and spoke to a secretary who assured me that someone would be in touch me to discuss coming out for a maintenance checkup. I never heard back after the first time I called, which is why I called again and still never heard back. Chasing down a service is just unacceptable and no business should treat customers that way. Very disappointed. Had to give one star but I would ultimately have given none.
