Very prompt, courteous, and professional service for my furnace on one of the coldest days of the year. Problem was addressed and fixed very quickly.

Came quickly and early which was appreciated due to cold temps. We have an ongoing issue with ventilation to our furnace and have had some issues in the past being charged significantly for "just rust, here's how to knock that off. In an out in 15, no true repair required"...but this last visit with Dave was very helpful, efficient and better priced as we learned how to bypass the "fan in a can" until it can be replaced and furnace working well. I found the estimate to replace by Edgerton excessively high... I was able to acquire a replacement part on my own, and will use their services for installation properly and per code.
I am grateful for their quick service and knowledgeable service rep, but admittedly, I find them a bit overpriced. I will continue to use Edgerton as they are reliable and fix the issues, but they do need a sliding scale for actual work performed and not just a fixed rate when the service rendered is minimal.
