Installed expensive but faulty equipment. Its 'service warranty' is done so the firm trying to get me to pay for more services to figure out why equipment is not working and would not help me with the equipment warranty process.

Customer service is declining. I will not recommend this company going forward.

Sippin energy has been doing oil deliveries and heating system maintenance for us over the past 3 years. The experience has been great so far and no complains ever. They have a great customer service and their technicians are very professional. The best company for energy products.

1) Mr Sippin, Thank you for getting in touch with us, and for understanding , we will happily change this review in a positive one when this is fixed .
2) A solution was proposed , a bit expensive in regards of the rotten exterior wall problem we had to fix following the removal of the gas tanks as the admitted they should not be installed in an interior corner wall along a house .
3) we are still with them for the oil, and hopefully will keep them after all .
, we didn't follow yet for the gas tank reinstallation but will do this summer ..
Mr Sippin was professional and found a solution we will go with in the coming months

Great customer service as always. Helped me reduce monthly bill due to lower prices now.

I called in with no heat Christmas morning at 5am and they came onsite and had my heat restored in 90 minutes. I have been a customer for 16 year, and they have always been very responsive for no heat so I am very happy with their service.

Today we had Frank and Luis installinng gas lines for generac. We are pleased at their service . The only thing I do not like are the repetitive robocalls to remind us of appointments. I already had 2 today for next service scheduled 4/10. One reminder is enough on phone call.
