Installed new heating system and hybrid hot water heater for me. Since the original installation the hot water heater has failed twice. Technician was on-site within one hour of my call. Working with his manager and the manufacturer, he arranged for a replacement of the entire unit at no charge to me. I'm a Sippin customer for life.

I just had Sippin Energy replace my 30 year old furnace which still worked fine (Thermidor) which I replace with similar unit made by same manufacture . I was most pleasantly please with the installation of unit. Had 3- men show up to replace furnace and they had it done in no time. They were very courteous and pleasant to deal with. Also would like to thank lead installer Bryan for informing me on new unit and future servicing.

Jon was excellent and methodical in his approach. He had our AC system up and running quickly. He explained what was needed. We were able to get a same day appointment on a Monday during a heat wave. Just an overall excellent experience.

AS usual your technician was knowledgeable, friendly, an A+ experience. However, the secretary who answered my wife's initial call cost us $150 with her poor handling. Instead of connecting her to a service person who might guide her she warned my wife that we would be charged if the problem was with our air handlers. So my wife called Carmanucci who came and charged us since the problem was not with the air handlers. Then, when I called again with the Carmanucci service person ready to speak to one of your technicians a secretary would not connect me directly to speak to someone. After waiting a long aggravating time listening to your irritating advertising that you are a family business (the very opposite of what I was experiencing on the phone) she got back on and said someone would come the next day or in two days. Infuriated, insisting on speaking to a service person, she called me impatient. I'll admit my voice was raised. There was again a long wait listening to your repeated recording that you were a family business. At that point my wife came home and I asked her to wait on the phone. However, the phone call had been terminated. After ten minutes she decided to try her luck since she is far more patient and charming. She reached someone and your service person promptly arrived and did a good job. I have no idea whether the person who originally misguided her and the person I spoke to were the same person.

I was ready to say goodbye to Sippin but calmed down after your service person was so nice and helpful. I have spoken to Sean about my experience, and I am confident that his apology was sincere. Your recording says you listen to phone communications.I would advise you to do that to find out who I spoke to and who my wife spoke to. To prevent a repeat of that unnecessary charge I spoke to Sean about having only one company handle our heating and air handlers. It would have been Mitchell but as I have stated we have been happy with your company over many years, and especially with the person who came Wednesday. You should change your hold message on the phone. It is the wrong time to proclaim your personal service, but that is up to you

Boiler went out on the coldest day of the year during winter storm. Sippin had emergency service to us 20 min after we called and they fixed it quickly - it was incredible!

Lost my heat. Called at around 8:30 was told between then and noon. Tech was here by 9:30. Very professional and courteous! The problem was fixed and heat up and running within 90 minutes!
