Heat stopped working over the weekend and I was terrified of the cost of a weekend emergency visit. Thanks to my protection plan with Sippin it was FREE! They came within 1.5 hours of my call and fixed the issue within 5 minutes. The issue was more of an electrical issue delivering power to the furnace, even though this isn't directly related to the furnace itself, Jon was able to immediately find and fix this issue. He was extremely kind and professional. Very happy with their service!!

4:45 am awoke to no heat. Reset furnace and nothing. Checked tank..3/4 full. Called Sippin emergency number. Tech called back, came to the house and discovered a faulty fuel pump. He replaced the pump. System working fine by 6:30am. Thanks

During recent service call, Sippin tech noticed oil tank was oozing slightly. Recommended replacing it. Ordered new tank which was delivered promptly. Installation techs arrived as scheduled and completed the work in about 4 hours.
