This was a consultation visit. I have been a customer of Sippin for several years and appreciate the comfort of having easy access to their services. Their workers have always been knowledgeable, helpful and understanding and this visit was exactly that.

The technicians are very knowledgeable and competent. They are conscientious courteous and work neatly. They are focused on customer satisfaction. The lead technician who did our annual system maintenance was also here a few years ago when we had a fuel tank problem and does outstanding work.

Tech came out on a Sunday evening for a no heat call and fixed the problem quickly. We are very satisfied with Sippin's service.

Had no heat and of course it is on a really cold night. Once I called received a call from the technician, then a text when he was in transit. The service tech was here within an hour and had everything running and in order within an hour. Awesome!

This company is very responsive and professional. They are on time, knowledgeable, polite and efficient. I’d like to thank Jon K for coming out so quickly and resolving my heating issues. Providers such as Jon K set the bar in my book, this guy knows his stuff!! He had my heating system up and running FAST not to mention he was thorough in looking at my system as a whole. This man has a library of information on heating solutions, makes sense why he’s a part of the Sippin team. Thank you for bringing the Heat!

I contacted Sippin's Customer Service office to discuss a few concerns regarding my account, and spoke with Alison. Not only did she save the day, Alison was professional, knowledgeable, and resolved my issues quickly. Thank you Alison, for an amazing customer experience.

The technician was polite, professional neat and cleaned up after himself, and did a thorough job cleaning our furnace. Job well done!

I was not getting heat in one of my zones and no one was able to completely bleed the system. This time around the technician spent three hours repairing the system. He was extremely courteous and was able to diagnose the issue. The system is finally working again in all zones and it doesn’t sound like rushing water when the water goes through the pipes now!

He was extremely nice. Hope he’s the one they always send now.
