Kaufman Fuel is always there fast when we need help. Courteous , friendly staff too!

Late Sunday evening I discover the furnace isn’t functioning and the outside temperature is dropping. I spoke to the service tech and ran through a few checks by phone. John, from Kaufman was at my door in half an hour, discovered the problem in 2 minutes, and repaired the burner in 10 minutes. He was fast, efficient, and pleasant to work with.

Kaufman service is excellent the Technician repaired my leaking expansion tank with a new one and now the furnace is working properly now. Thank you Kaufman you are the Best!

sent a demand letter for bill I previously resolved. Called and Kaufman confirmed I had a zero balance and then I received a notice from a collections agency months later. Not happy at all!

Once again, this year, I am delighted with the service that Kaufman has provided. Their service technician, Ed Bender is OUTSTANDING! This is the second year he has serviced the furnace/hot water unit that Kaufman did such an excellent job installing over five years ago. The unit is like new and Kaufman service has kept it that way. Perhaps it seems strange for a satisfied Kaufman customer to say this, but I can buy oil from a lot of providers. What keeps me coming back to Kaufman year after year is excellent service personnel like Ed Bender. He works thoroughly, answers all my questions patiently and clearly (I’m a retired engineer - go figure), and demonstrates a competency born of years of experience. He has a great work ethic as well. He does work for others as he would have work done for him. I look forward to requesting his help next year.

I had my annual burner servicing today, and Barry is the most efficient,courteous and knowledgeable burner tech at Kaufman. He's been to my house in the past, and "knock on wood" I never had a no heat call during the winter.Keep up the good work.
