Great customer service. Good quality company. Website is user friendly and has all the information you need to know to manage your account. Love being able to order oil deliveries online. I have used their company for 33 years and have been very happy with their service.

We converted from Oil to Propane this Winter and contracted Santa as the supplier. This company has terrible customer service. They don't send invoices so you never know what you owe. I get an occasional text from them saying $X amount is past due and needs to be paid immediately to avoid going to collection. I don't know what I am contracted for in terms of cost per gallon. I've also come to find out there are finance charges accruing on my account, which I only found out by asking. With so many choices out there, think twice before choosing Santa.

Wow! I hired Santa Solar to put in roof top panels after having done a lot of diligence on various vendors. They have wildly exceeded my expectations. From the general manager to the project engineer to the salesperson to the solar technical guru to the panel installers to the electricians for this turnkey installation, every one of them has been unfailingly polite and considerate in working around the house. I am very pleased with the level of technical expertise and how helpful they have been in trying to explain things to me. The proof is in the pudding, so we'll see what happens when they turn the system on but for now, I am extremely satisfied with the whole operation.

Furnace Technician:John and his supervisor Joe did an amazing job this morning fixing the Furnace at my house. They were polite, prompt and professional and were clearly highly proficient at their jobs. Very grateful for their ability and knowledge they applied to solve the problem and keep us warm. Santa has been good to us here in Newtown and the company has won my trust and support due to their high quality workforce.

Santa service has been very good. Once a year maintenance visit always friendly and knowledgeable technicians.

Leon (service tech) for Santa Energy called me to let me know that he was 10 mins out for the service check. He was professional and thorough performing the service checks on the heat pumps/ AC units.

I called and I got to Anthony within one minute. He explained everything to me, including special pricing for Aspetuck village.
10 minutes later, I received an email with all the information and a contract to sign. Everything was priced competitively.

The company is run by a wonderful man, Tom Santa. They have always been honest, fair and reliable. Not many companies who are as "friendly and helpful" as they are. Been with Santa for 15 years and referred many friends.
