I have great service every time my furnace needs cleaning. The technician was quick and to the point and I’m very satisfied with his work.

My appointment was scheduled for between 8 AM and 12 PM. At 12:40 I called to find out what time somebody was going to be there, and they did end up showing up at 1:45. I had somebody at my house waiting for them because I had to work. The technician never called to say they were going to be late. Very annoying and unprofessional

My husband and I have been Kaufman Fuel customers for 38 years. We pay for an annual service plan and take advantage of the Cap Price Program and monthly budget plan. It has been a positive experience. Their representatives are qualified, reliable and accessible whenever we have had questions or concerns. I highly recommend them.

Kaufman fuel worked very hard to fix our air conditioning. They sent technicians promptly and stayed with the problem til it was fixed. We would recommend them for both heating and air conditioning. Spoke to Ashley today about oil tank protection plan. She was so helpful.
