I have been a customer for several years. Today I received a call from customer service that was a little unsettling because it seemed I was in arrears and I didn’t understand why and how. I was made to feel that I was trying not to pay my bill which was furthest from the truth. I was disconnected from the first person and had to call back. I was ready to find a new company. With oil prices high and anxiety over future prices I wasn’t feeling confident that I was getting the best deal and I was being over charged. When I called back the customer service representative was extremely patient and helpful. She explained everything to me and we were able to rectify my account. She took the time to make sure I felt confident in the money I was paying and services. I truly appreciated her help and the third customer service representative that I worked with later in the day that reviewed the previous notes from the day and continued to provide great customer service. Not sure what the issue was with the first call I received today from Kaufman but I’m glad it worked out in the end because they were going to lose a customer today had I not called back and received better treatment. I called them back because they have been a reliable company in the past and usually have great customer service.

I have been a customer of Kaufman Fuel for more than 5 years and i have to applaud their technician, Ed, he has been great at servicing and maintaining my furnace. All my experience with Kaufman has been good. The office reps have always been kind on the phone and ready to help with questions and resolution of any account issues. I have found their pricing to be fair and competitive. Thank you Kaufman Fuel for your customer service and still caring about us as a customer.

A year later 2023. I would like to thank Christine for helping me with a billing issue. I am most grateful for Her diligence in straightening out the problem. Thank you Chris.
