Kaufman Fuel

I couldn't be happier with Kaufman Fuel. Our family was a part of the Alaimo Fuel company before Kaufman bought them back in the 1960s. Have not used any other service.

I finally got a hold of someone today and she was so nice. She helped me get an oil delivery and a cleaning. Thank You so much

Kaufman fuel is a terrible company. They continued to fill my tank even though I never resigned a contract. They charged me $3.79 a gallon! When I called for 24 hour service my call was never returned, and their customer service is rude and money driven. Specifically Jessica Nieves. Do not use this company! Support small independent companies.

Called today and the service rep was great. He solved the problem and pointed out a problem with the hot water tank that will keep that from becoming an emergency. Five stars. John Bickel Fairfield Ct

I had a bad experience. My mistake was going through a nationwide company that referred me here and insisted I pay them in advance. To be fair I expect I'll get a refund of the amount I paid, which was $700 more than what was delivered. I will give it a few days, to be refunded, and have the paperwork ready to put a dispute my credit card. I strongly recommend going directly to the company you are getting the deliveries from. I was given four different stories from four different people where I ordered the oil, and here was someone else doing the delivery with a completely different idea of what I expected. Don't use a middle man--ever.

I have used Kaufman fuel for many years, there is a woman Pam Hutchinson, who has the patience of a saint, a calm voice and explains everything to you, especially when it comes to costs. I highly recommend her~Excellent at customer service!

Right on time as promised. Very pleasant technician. Explained the steps he would be going through. He found a leak in the AC unit and was able to correct. Excellent job!
