Called this morning and told Pam out thermostat had broken and we couldn’t stop the heat except to turn furnace off. She did some checking, and got us in for a service call today. About 45 minutes later a received a text saying tech on the way. Came out, real nice tech who installed a new thermostat, showed me how to operate it, and all fixed! Couldn’t be happier!

We have been with Kaufman Fuel for over 36 years. Their technicians are well trained, neat and friendly. This morning we woke to no heat and made a service call at 8:35. By 9:15 Carlos, the technician, was at our door and diagnosed and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. We appreciate the excellent service and applaud Carlos for his professionalism and technical know how .

When I called the office today needing help to receive by email a price plan that has a deadline to respond by and I had almost forgotten about and called them just before the deadline, they were very helpful. Then I was having trouble receiving an attachment in the email and had to request they send it to a different email account and they couldn't have been nicer and sent it immediately. Nice people to deal with!

We have been using Kaufman Fuel Oil to supply us with heating oil & to service our home heating system. They expertly serviced our furnace at our last house from 1988 until 2019 when we moved to another house. They continue to service our oil fired boiler at this house.
The technicians are all knowledgeable & very friendly. They respond to any service issue we have had & quickly. The office staff is friendly & helpful. We highly recommend them to anyone who uses oil in their home!

I have known Kaufman fuel going back to when I was a child and my parents used them. Everyone is courteous and provide great customer service. However they have this program where they drop fuel every month to determine my usage when I can tell them that straight away for auto drops. Their plan has flaws because we burn the fireplace a lot and sometimes are not around using hot water. So getting a fuel bill handed to me every month get s some getting used to. All in all a great team to work with.

I continue to be very pleased with your service! We called at 8 AM & the service man was at our house by about 10:30. Our furnace is fixed! The repair man was very pleasant. We have been given good service by your technicians & oil delivery men for almost 40 years.
