Kaufman Fuel

Kaufman has provided excellent maintenance and repair service, and outstanding customer service for my family for the last 20 years. They are reliabile and provide cost effective solutions to our heating and air conditioning, challenges.

I wish I remembered the name of the service tech who came to look at our central AC. He deserves a raise. When he realized that he didn’t have the right size filter in his van, he apologized a million times. Then when he was leaving, he told me he’d make a note to have someone drop off a filter because that’s part of our contract. I told him not to worry about it because I could easily go get one at Home Depot. Anyway... about 5 hours later, his van pulled back into my driveway... he brought the filter himself. Talk about going out of your way to finish the job. Unreal. Thank you!

Awful customer service! I called to inquire about my interest in setting up service. I made it clear I did not want to commit to anything right this instant.The woman with a piss-poor attitude hung on me when I would not provide my name. I was weighing my options in the area and I was honestly considering Kaufman but this makes my decision easy. Why would I give my money to a company that hangs up on me in my first interaction with them? Are you serious? I was a legitimate potential customer and this is how you treat me? I can only imagine how they treat you once they have you locked into a service plan! I honestly feel like her hanging up on me was a blessing in disguise. Thank god their customer service was so horrific or else I may have chosen them and been stuck. Avoid at all costs!

January 14, 2020 service
The work was done quickly and the service technician was very nice. However he was given the wrong measurement and had to leave and return with new part. Also, I would have preferred if he called me to look at the job and explain what he did before leaving. Also, there was an external piece to the pipe that was the original and rusted inside. Not sure why it was not also replaced. Good to have a recap at end of service call and who to call if this or that should occur.

Very helpful customer service and prompt response if there is any problems.

Kaufman Fuel Tech Account/Support is absolutely excellent. Why, because they have Lauren; who is knowledgeable, personable and get's things done right! She is a keeper... And in my opinion deservers a promotion and a raise!

I'm glad I chose Kaufman Fuel. We switched from Sippin to Kaufman because of Sippin's poor customer service--they actually pitted my husband and me against each other to try to get access to our garage security code for easier delivery rather than patiently arrange it when we were home. Kaufman has been good with scheduling, patient with payment, and easy to get a hold of in an emergency. I'm glad we're using them now.

With winter coming and the increase in oil prices it is a very worrying time for us all. As a Senior citizen on a fixed income it is a concern. The customer service department at Kaufman has been so professional and helpful.
