Kaufman Fuel

Rarely make reviews but had to comment on the great service we received yesterday. We returned from trip to find that boiler was no longer working. Sam, our technician,showed up quickly and then provided a brief tutorial on the workings of a boiler since this is the first time we have had this type of system. He then expertly diagnosed and corrected the problem. Yay-hot water again!! We had several other questions which he thoroughly answered. We are happy customers of Kaufman Oil.

Kaufman fuel has been my oil provider for over 25 plus year- the experience has been wonderful. They are always seeking out new ways to improve their services to the customers. Their service representative Pam was very knowledgeable and accommodating regarding my multiple request regarding upcoming service and contract. If there is ever an issue, it's resolved with a phone call- good customer service is a dying art. Keep up the great service.

John Levesque Serviced our furnace and hot water heater today he did a outstanding job. He was very Thorough, Friendly and Polite and I would highly recommend Kaufman. I am writing this on behalf of Marie who recently passed away and can see why she was a Customer of Kaufman for many years in which in turn we will also remain keeping them to Service our Heating and Air Condition needs in the future.

Fast, efficient service every time. It’s so nice to know that Kaufman technicians are always there to help out. I had no hot water today. The repair took less than 20 minutes. The technician was careful to remain safely distant and wore his mask at all times. Thank you!

The service call was completed, but the job was not. Our service technician was friendly, competent, willing and resourceful. He could have done it if the parts that were ordered were complete, but they were not. This is also a job that had been requested months ago, and they are only now getting around to it. No sense of urgency at Kaufman if there is even a trickle of heat.

Had a great conversation with Pam in billing/service for the renewal of my oil contract. She made the options easy to understand and helped me make the best choice given our budget. We have been customers for 36 years (formerly Kaufman Fuel in Bridgeport, CT) and appreciate everything Hop Energy can do to make this as seamless a process as possible.

I recently had my in-ground oil tank removed and a new tank installed in the basement. The team that arrived to accomplish this work were employees from Kaufman that installed the new tank, and employees from a Kaufman contractor that did the outside work. Both teams were polite, efficient, and professional. It was a well managed and executed by Kaufman. Thank you!
