Apple Aire Heating & Cooling

Shawn was a great partner. He was scheduled the same day we called with one of our heating zones not working. Unfortunately we have a freeze in the pipes somewhere as we discovered many pipes are in the garage and not insulated. Shawn helped us come up with a game plan and we are hopeful for a thaw.

Apple Aire’s sales person, Shane, showed up on time despite calling beforehand that he would be a few minutes late. Very polite, friendly, and thorough. Shane explained in detail the options for our older heat delivery system in our older home (1968). We received a number of estimates and while we liked Apple’s featured furnace product, we decided to opt for another offered that was somewhat less expensive than Apple’s. It doesn’t always come down to price, but we weighed other factors. Still would not hesitate working with Shane & Apple given their honest, straightforward, friendly, and thorough estimates & recommendations.

Apple Aire was very quick, professional, and effective in their service. I really enjoyed working with them, and felt like I was actually supporting a local small business. Definitely would recommend and would work with the company again in the future.

We purchased and had two new Daikin furnaces and AC units installed by Apple Aire at our residence. Nate came out and provided an estimate and came back with the owner to answer all of my questions and go over the installation in detail. The home did not previously have AC so the installation was considerably more complicated than just replacing an existing unit. The installers, Edgar and Bennie did a great job. The new systems have resulted in consistent temperatures and air flow throughout the house. Nate has been very responsive to questions when contacted and followed-up to see how everything was working with the new system. I would definitely recommend Apple Aire for your furnace and AC needs.

Technician was very professional and on time and was there to repair not replace our boiler. I was very happy we were able to fix it and they didn’t try to sell us a new unit. Excellent

I did my homework and received 3 quotes from 3 reputable companies, Apple Aire amongst them. Installation pricing was fairly competitive, what stood out was their knowledge and time spent by Nate and looking at things others did not consider as well as the quality of the product they carry. This is not a quick 15-20 min lets look and let me get back to you, this was a detailed conversation and inspection of everything and discussing options that made most sense for where I am today and what I am trying to achieve. Daikin unit was installed (and a few other extras that I wanted), and Nate even convinced me that I did not need a new thermostat as the functionality that I wanted actually existed and they could program it to my needs. Unit works great, it is much quieter, more effective and efficient and with the heat pump I will continue to see the benefit in the winter months where my furnace will be needed less than before. Not that I think I will need to draw on the warranties that Apple Aire offers, but theirs are top notch and better than their competition.

Shaun was pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. He performed the maintenance on the heater then briefed me about heater health and what he saw. Then he checked out the water heater that they installed 2 years ago. The service was very economical as well!. Very professional, personable and awesome. Thanks Apple Aire! I'll be calling you whenever I have a heater or hot water issue!

The crew at Apple Aire couldn’t come more highly recommended! Todd came and helped me understand which furnace system would be best for my house and Dennis followed up immediately and did an amazing job getting me financed and handled my appointments with courtesy, transparency, and excellent professional customer service! The technicians who came out for install (Tyler, Derrick, Benito, and Seth) were friendly, expedient, and professional. When I had questions or concerns the reps at the office (Cassie and Noelle) kindly and quickly connected me with Dennis and Todd who took care of our issues 100%. This company and crew at Apple Aire Inc. really did such a great job overall and I am so thankful we chose them for our new furnace! My husband and I chose Apple Aire after meeting with Nate and Shane. They were very knowledgeable about the split A/C system and helpful in pointing us in the direction of which units we needed. Our project was a big and complex one due to the layout of our home. The crew was so professional and nice. Thank you to Edgar, Benito, Shane, Seth, Judah and Jordan! They also cleaned up after cutting in the vents in each bedroom, I was so impressed. Thanks to them my home is so much more comfortable now!
