After a first evaluation of our heating and AC system last winter, Shane came out for a second consultation to explain all our options for replacing our existing heating and cooling system. He is extremely knowledgeable and very honest in his advice. He is not trying to push a more expensive option if it is not the right fit for the house. We are very impressed and plan on using Apple Aire when remodeling our home and replacing the heater/AC.

Apple Aire recently replaced our 12 year old system. We specifically wanted a system that we could integrate into our future solar system. We wanted to be 100% renewable. Dennis recommended that we go with a Daikin heat pump. So they removed our old furnace that used propane and exchange it for a heat pump that works amazing. Not only that but they also installed a new electric water heater, UV light in our ducts, Ozone emitter, and a whole house humidifier. With all these upgrades we have never been happier. Our house is always at a perfect temperature, and it has never been so comfortable. Apple Aire really know what they are doing. They were able to install all of the system in one day, which included a lot of duct work and wiring. They were professional and showed up on time. Not only that but they cleaned up after they left. I could not be more pleased with such a great team.

Dylan Terry came out to give us an estimate for a new boiler. We were so impressed with his professionalism, courteousness and expertise in boilers. We are in the middle of a move and wanted to see options for potential buyers, so not sure if we will be able to use Apple Aire, as the buyers may choose their own company. If we could choose a company, we would definitely pick this company and Dylan as our installer. So nice to see such wonderful service provided to us. Thanks Dylan!

I can not say enough about Apple Aire. My AC unit went out and my furnace was giving an error code. I originally called another big name company in the metro area. They quoted me an astronomical amount of $10,000-14,000 to install a new system.

I decided to call Apple Aire for a second opinion. Dennis and Eric showed up assessed the situation. They were professional, helpful, and efficient. We became fast friends! They gave me a much more reasonable quote for a competitive system. Cassie the office manger did everything she could to accommodate a speedy install since I had been without AC for a few weeks.

Edgar and Ray showed up to install the unit. They got the job done quickly. They were on time, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They were having a problem clearing out my error code on my SMART furnace system. They went the extra mile to ensure that they cleared the code. By calling Dennis whom spent a considerable amount of time with the manufacturer on the phone. Eric showed up to make sure everything was up to par. They stayed late to fix the error code.

Timely and professional service tech, fair and transparent pricing and explanation. Don't confuse this upstanding business with the other scamming hvac company that has “apple” in their name.
